Very thorough... explains everything so well....let’s put it this way, when she moved her office to Schnecksville we followed her!

Dr. Hemold provides a good exam and listens to my concerns and answers my questions.

As an existing patient w/ a daughter who, both of us, has been seen by Dr Kucirka, I’ve been turned away at first sight at window when I arrive at my appointments. They claim I’ve never been seen at their office. Not only did they take pics of my moles, but even have referred my daughter to a plastic surgeon to remove them. After many years of being turned away after scheduling my appt, they now have a new doctor. I called and they were happy to schedule an appt w/ Dr Helmold as a new patient. Again, today I’ve been turned away after waiting months for this appointment. It is clearly discrimination and poor treatment of those they service in their area. DO NOT GO TO THEM!

I love Marie Helmond had her for years !! and NEVER once had a problem but she moved to Schnecksville from Lehigh valley derm . in Bethehlem .I absolutly hate the ride to Schnecksville amongt a few other issuses that I had there..So I asked to be changed back to Maries old place of work in Bethehlem well in the mean time they had a Dr leave at Lehigh Valley Derm in Bethehlem so they said after I had my records sent to them she then told me they could 'nt take me after all, because of Dr leaving, then she informed me NOW I was not allowed to go back to Marie in Schnecksville .To me that is discrimanating . Or I feel Marie should of called me to see what was going on with me wanting to change to someone else .It was definitly NOT Marie the office staff in Schnecksville is not the best they are very rude and cold ladies. I wish Marie never went to this new place to work And I will bet down the road there will be not only me complaining of this office in Schnecksville

Dr. Helmold has been seeing me for over 20 years. Always professional, very informative, Punctual. Never have to wait for your appointment time. Without a doubt, one of the best.

Dr. Helmold is patient, caring and thorough. Very nice person to deal with. Highly recommended

Dr. Hemold is very knowledgeable, is accurate with her diagnosis, spends time with you - the visit is not rushed, listens and answers all of your questions in a way you can understand, consults with colleagues when needed.

She is very nice and very detailed. Never is in a hurry and listens to all my concerns. She's always happy and even if I'm nervous she makes my experience pleasant.

Doctor Helmold is great. The professionalism of the staff that mans the office is worse than horrible. Their poor treatment of me has caused me to find another Doc. Ex. In December 2011, I walked in unannounced, with Shingles on my back and was told by the receptionist that I could not be seen by the Doctor until "next week." I had to stand in the reception window in front of people in the waiting room and talk about a private medical matter in order to get her to grudgingly allow me to be seen by a young intern who was not my Doctor. Ex.6-25-13. I was late for a surgical procedure (they had rescheduled) and was told in a loud snotty way that I was a 1/2 late for my appointment(I alway wait past my appointment for them) I apologized,told her that I understood my lateness, and didn't need to be lectured or yelled at. She told me that she just wanted me to know that I would have to wait, which was fine. They ended up sending me home w/o doing the surgery to remove a cancer.
