Life Saver! Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor and will tell you exactly what you have to do to keep your heart in check. He saved my husband's life "twice" because my husband didn't listen the first time and ate lots of fake sugar, fried foods and desserts. Dr. Patel never judged. He kept my husband on the right medications and truly cares about all his patients. I am one of his patients too! We our cardiologist!

8/2/2018 dr Patel pierced my rt ventricle trying to put in a pacemaker. I wanted to wait a few days to think over having one placed and asked about adjusting my meds but he stated to me he had been standing in the cath lab for 7 hours and he was leaving town for a few days so he was there now and he could do it and I would go home the next day. Instead I wound up in icu fighting for my life. He told me it was the secon time he had made the life threatening mistake. The survival rate is only 24% so I was lucky to have an outstanding thoracic surgeon on hand to save my life and outstanding care at Hendricks hospital. I do not recommend this dr in any medical capacity.

Dr Patel is my Transplant dr I was diagnosed with chronic kidney condiction in 2017 my kidney's steadily decreased in function he recommended that I have my transplant done at Temple Hospital and that I would be able to have my follow-up s with him instead of running back and forth to Temple. I had my transplant in January 2019 and he has been there for me through the complications and I can always call him and he will respond and listen when I am having a bad day. I am so gratefull that he is my Dr.

Poor bedside manner. Made statements that seemed bizarre, leaving me questioning his skills as a medical professional. Left my family member feeling great dispare after hearing his doom and gloom rant, in direct contradiction to three other unrelated medical professionals that were not in contact with eachother and yet all provided a very similar positive path forward. I would love to share all the telling details, but it would not fit within the character limit of this posting.

I will have to say that there is a HUGE change in staff w Dr Patel's office, he is a Wonderful doctor that takes his time and explains everything, his staff is very helpful and very nice. This was a "Look forward to going to my appointment" feeling. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff !!

Dr. Patel is always very nice. His wife and front desk staff on the other hand are the complete opposite. They are extremely rude! I will NOT return to this office again.

Dr Patel is a very good Dr. I will always respect and appreciate his services. HIS WIFE on the other hand as a receptionist is rude. She made my mother feel like she was incompetent and stupid. I will change doctors because of her attitude toward my mother's bill, she told my mother that she should be grateful that she was not turned over to a collection agency because of her balance. WELL that balance was because they did not PREAUTHORIZE a procedure in a timely manner, and that is not my mothers fault. YOUR INCOMPETENSE in not something that my mother should be held responsible for. SO needless to say we are switching doctors.!!!!

Always in hurry, does not check u thoroughly, does not listen to patient, sometimes rude
