List of St. Lukes Bethlehem Internal Medicine's Reviews
The receptionists are professional efficient and friendly. The Doctor is amazing always on time, patient, and up to date with lab and test results.
The Dr's are good and provide good care, but St Luke's is always trying to get as much money as possible from you and has shady business practices. I was billed $200 for a TELEHEALTH visit. You read that correctly, charged a full Dr's office visit price for a 5 minute video call on a cell phone. I thought it had to be a coding mistake but the billing department had the audacity to suggest that this was a great price and on par with industry standards. What a joke as a video visit is clearly listed as $49 or less right on their website. I recommend going to LVHN.
I called when I got there, there were some issues that were my fault I will admit, but the way they denied me before I walked in, barely mentioning rescheduling, and transferring me to another office without even telling me where this doctor was or even who I would even be talking to was unacceptable. I would never leave a review like this but the way I was treated was ridiculous.
I've been with this practice for about 7yrs now and they are fabulous! The staff is very friendly and caring. The doctors are wonderful and sympathetic. I would highly recommend this practice. No matter when I call, there is always an appointment availability. Love, love this place!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
