Awesome Doctor with an excellent bedside manor!! We were totally Blessed to have him managing our care!

Dr.B, was my childhood Dr. She is so amazing that here I am 30 something years later looking her up to be my children's physician. She is the perfect pediatrician! We just love her!

Didn't had a good experience. Staff was rude and only cares about money making and look for opportunities how they can charge more, based on how many questions you asked to the doctor. For every question related to billing or breakup of expenses, the response will be they don't know. There are other better and well behaved doctors out there.

With appointment waited more than 1-hour last min the communicated to me doctor on leave today.

Worst Doctor and service I ever seen.They have a note saying "we will charge you extra $$$ if you are grouchy " , I guess it should apply for them as well . They have send my account to collection even after paying the bill to them directly in office through check, I had some tensed call with their third party bill service provider and collection agent explaining it .I had even receipt for by paid bill , but still they keep on telling "you haven't paid the bills" , please talk to our third party service" .She is even rude to my kid ,she or her office staff wont even explain what they are checking , why they are collecting samples . you need to keep on ask her .

Dr. Balakrishnan had been my doctor and is now seeing my children. I wouldn't send them to anyone else. She is a brilliant, kind, compassionate doctor that has always made us feel at home. Even when you are worried about your child, Dr. Balakrishnan takes the time to ease your concern and I trust her completely.

I have been taking my children to Dr. B for almost 10 years now and have NEVER had a bad experience! Dr. B saved my daughter's life and I am forever greatful to her for that! The office staff is the best that I have EVER seen in a pediatric office! If someone has had a bad experience it's probably because they walked in there thinking they were high and mighty and should have checked their ATTITUDE at the door!!!

I love Dr Balakrishnan! I was a patient of hers from the time I was born until I graduated from college. And I'm not ashamed to say I was the oldest patient she had. If it were up to me, I would still be her patient. During my visits there, I remember thinking that her office could use some renovating and redecorating. That didn't really matter though because she is such a wonderful pediatrician. She always took the time to talk with my dad and answer all of his questions. And when I was old enough to drive to my appointments myself, she did the same for me. She's a very calm, intelligent, and knowledgeable person, definitely someone I would allow to care for my own children.
