Very Good experience so far with this practice !(-only areas to improve would be if both PA & NP would introduce themselves when come into exam room,& if there were more open parking spaces)

Visit went very well and on time. One negative the practice needs more parking. All spaces were full when I arrived had to park a block away.

Provider performance good, but had biopsy taken at West Lawn office and Nurse Practitioner advised me to call in two weeks if I don't hear from them with results. Called a little after the two week mark and was advised that biopsy was positive for squamous cell carcinoma. Biopsy results usually show up faster than 2 weeks and they never called me and never posted any results on the patient portal (still). Would they have ever called?? Calls to inform patients should be made immediately upon the office receiving results, especially when they are positive for carcinoma and require surgery for the condition. The situation cause a 2+ week delay in my treatment and represents a serious mistake (by the practice) to me.
