I have been trying since 11/3/22 to get my migrain medication refilled. My pharmacy has contacted the doctor with no response. I have tried multiple times to contact my doctor and can not get past the answering service. This is an important medication that helps me survive severe headaches. This is very poor service. What do I have to do to get my medication refilled. The pain makes life imbarible.
I am not a patient, however a good friend of mine is. My friend recently underwent a complete Pancreatectomy (removal of his entire pancreas), and therefore is required to take digestive enzymes for the rest of his life, so that he may digest food. If he doesn't, he becomes incredibly ill. Dr. Heasly is his PCP. My friend's TPN tube was removed several weeks ago, and since then the idiotic staff at Dr. Heasly's office can't seem to do their jobs effectively enough for him to get his enzyme pills. One nurse in particular seems to be the culprit. As a result, my friend is basically dying of starvation, and has now been admitted into the hospital. He has not been able to eat in 3 weeks thanks to Dr. Heasly's inept staff.
Our PCP, Dr. Heasley, has always seemed rather easygoing in his willingness to allow us to try/change our medicines...within reason of course. However, when we came to him about serious health concerns with my husband, Dr. Heasley became a "bulldog" to make sure that my husband was seen and treated. He literally saved my husband's life by acting quickly and aggressively to get him admitted to the hospital!
Everyone is great. Always treated with respect. Very happy with care received at this office.
Wonderful bedside manner and very caring and compassionate Doctor. Highly recommend!
Dr Heasley is an excellent physician. He was very compassionate and an excellent listener. He is very skilled at managing my sickness and always provides the best care and medical advise for me as his patient. He is very willing to listen and will not brush you off like other doctors do. Don't walk to his office-- run. He has saved my life and has provided me with optimism for my current health condition. The staff is very kind and caring also.
Dr. Heasley is fantastic! I find him to be very caring, very concerned about your medical issues and truly takes the time to listen to what you have to say instead of trying to push you out as quickly as possible just to get the next patient in! His office staff is good, not always the most inviting or friendly but I also understand that they are under a lot of stress/pressure dealing with every patient that comes into the office. He is extremely professional and talks to you in layman terms.... This way I understand exactly what's going on. I highly recommend Dr. Heasley for anyone looking for a good, very knowledgeable, caring and very compassionate doctor. Thank you
This entire practice is one of the worst around. Things started out ok with this practice and then they began lying to us about all sorts of things and then dropped me as a patient in the middle of the worst health crisis of my life over a missed appointment that we called to reschedule. They are seriously lacking in compassion and ethics. They look great on the surface, but beware!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
