I love Dr. Nettleton. He listems to you and takes notes while talking with him this is rare to find in a doctor The only downside is the staff communication with the staff We have often resorted to going to the office to get forms, prescriptions and other info.

Dr. Nettleton has been my PCP for over 15 years. He is an outstanding physician who I would highly recommend.

We think that Dr. Nettleton is terrific. Unfortunately, he is impossible to get ahold of. We regularly have called and called--only to get the answering service or the voice recording. When we needed to hear back from him about some recent medical issues we were delayed for nearly a month. It's too bad that a doctor who is as personable as he can be is not better supported by his staff.

Dr. Nettleton is very nice and takes the time to listen to you and answer any questions you may have about your condition(s). He is a kind, knowledgeable and empathic doctor. His office lets you know quickly if there are abnormal test results that need to be followed up on or if you need to be referred out to a specialist. Dr. Nettleton has privileges at IRMC so he (or one of his colleagues - Dr. Heasley, or Dr. Klain) will see you during a hospital stay and they are also good doctors.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Nettleton. It is rare to find a doctor who actually LISTENS to you. He cares about you as a whole person & has surprised me by remembering little things I have told him about myself. He never makes me feel rushed and is also very thorough, orders tests when necessary. I agree with another reviewer that the staff has some issues. The nurses are good, but the clerical staff needs some improvement!

As other reviewer commented, Dr Nettleton is good but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Difficult to make a appointments, unfriendly staff, and incorrect coding/billing that they won't correct or deal with.

Dr. Nettleton is wonderful. Staff must be over worked or worse. Very hard to get through as line is always busy and when you do, they don't seem to be able to give you the information that you need. I know that the Dr. does not function this way. Not sure why the staff does.
