Had a visit this morning and since I was already receiving therapy elsewhere they wouldnt see me. I've been out of medication for 4 days and could have gotten in elsewhere if they could have told me on the phone, instead they not only wasted 2 hours of my time and cost me who knows how many more days without putting me in very high risk for relapsing. The "whatever" who informed me of this was rude and nonprofessional and treated me as though I was commiting some sort of fraud. If you are looking for buprenorphine m.a.t. go anywhere else. Shut this place down
What I do not understand (to a point) is why these clinics to not allow you to take Klonopin while on Suboxone. The FDA said in 2017 that "buprenorphine and methadoneshould not be withheld from patients taking benzodiazepines or other drugs that depressthe central nervous system" and "the harm caused by untreated opioid addiction canoutweigh these risks." If the medications are monitored, there shouldn't be an issue. I've NEVER abused benzodiazepines and it is VERY important to my mental health. I have been hospitalized do to very severe panic attacks. Is it better to deny someone Suboxone because of their mental health issues and turn to heroin or allow treat them for addiction while monitoring mental health? Seems obvious. By the way, I was on 100mcg fent patches every 48hrs along with oxycodone 30mg qid. Never ever had a problem depressing my breathing or BP.
Kinda biased since I am an employee, but I have never worked for such an amazing company. From an employee standpoint, I feel so appreciated by the company! The clientele are amazing and incredibly grateful. If your looking for employment, and there is an opening, I HIGHLY recommend applying!!
I'm looking for a place for my daughter. And hoping that they can help her. They also aren't far from our home. However I think Anakin Skywalker should be band from commenting as every single clinic I've look into this person has the same comment on every single one! And I know fact that this person has never even been seen at some of these clinics. I will change my rated after I speak to someone there.
I was at this location second I was at there first location in Greensburg anyway the staff are amazing the nurses are even more amazing so nice everyone up to the director is nice I never waited more than a minute to dose I drove an hour 1 way just to goto this clinic methadone has saved my life I would HIGHLY recommend this outpatient treatment center for addiction to anyone that needs help right away they can see you almost immediately and you get your first dose of methadone on your Intake day i was only on methadone I can't speak for anyone seeking Suboxone they do provide suboxone treatment as well you can earn take homes to not have to come every day it's important to get up to a stable dose and stay there till your ready to try to dose down under the doctors and nurses supervision until your completely off of it this IS NOT a fast process you have to be ready to stop dope or pills or want the change in your life there's counseling and group counseling very knowledgeable staff I was actually learning things at this clinic some things I had not known but if you need help even if your a little far away this is worth the drive also check into programs like medvan and mileage reimbursement threw your county you live in to help ease the extra gas to get there you can get paid back to drive there and home they can help with getting you medvan it whatever type of medical health ride is around your area stop using excuses to not get clean if I ever needed it again I would come back here in a heart heart I transferred to a closer clinic due to the hour one way drive also dosing down and out of the methadone clinic wish anyone luck needing help addiction is not a way of life l
Stay away! They will not give you a prescription the day of your appointment. When you see the doctor he’ll tell you that you have to come back in three days to get a TB test before you get a script. Then when you tell the doctor I don’t know if I can go three days without medication. The doctor will tell oh well go get high then! You’ve been warned! Find a different suboxone doctor. All they care about is getting you there multiple times so they can bill your insurance. Nobody should have to go to a clinic and wait 3 or 4 days for a prescription and then when you complain you’re told go get high if you can’t be sick three or four days! There gonna kill somebody and I’m gonna laugh when they get sued for lying about insurance company policies.
I was a patient there for three years I kept telling my counselor I was still getting sick at night but they refused to go any higher than 80 mgs so of course I still ended up using until I was detoxed from 80 mgs in 7 days. I went to rhj vandergrift 32 miles further than medtec and am at a stable 120 mgs. I hope that when medmark took over they improved their policies sometimes it takes a higher dose than 80 I was told back then that nobody there was allowed more than 80, crazy if its not working and makes you want to use so you can sleep. Maybe come back someday if I can stay on my current dose. Would love to drive 10 minutes instead of a hour.
They are fast dosing , in and out within a matter of minutes. Took me an hour drive each way. Also liked that they did a group once a month
Ive been a patient at med mark for almost 4 years now the staff is very professional .I would refer this place to others in need and i have referred it to people in need.
I've been a client here for over three years (methadone). I have my weeklys and so my opinion of this clinic has nothing to do with me being upset about being punished for dirty urine or anything like that. I understand that things happen, but that excuse can only go so far. I've had my take home doses spill in my case multiple times, and because of regulations they can't do anything about it. This is an issue for everyone there. There are other methods of sealing the bottles, like a heat sealer, but they don't have it. I've had the nurse spill my dose in front of my and then try hand it to me to take and refuse to get a new dose for me, I've had four different counselors since I've been there (I've never requested a new one I should mention, this has always been done on their end), I've been told that the only appointments for individual sessions are at 6am or earlier (I have young kids) even though they are open until 1pm, my urine samples have come back with "barbiturates" even though I've never in my life done one and even offered to pay for a hair follicle test (they go back six months and are the most accurate) at my own expense to prove I had none in my system. Typically they will retest your urine sample at your expense if you think it's a false positive, but my counselor did not tell me that the test came back positive until I asked to put in for my take homes, at which point it was too late. Because I had been clean, and No one said anything to me, I had just assumed everything was perfectly fine. How can I know to ask for a retest if I'm not told that a test came back positive?! I have had so many bad experiences there. The toilet being clogged to the point it was overflowing but the employees refusing to do anything because it was "gross," or let anyone use the employee bathroom to take their drug tests. I've had counselors call off work on days that I had appointments but I didn't know until I showed up for my appointments because noone called me (as I mentioned, I have young kids and have a babysitter come to my house to watch them) so I found babysitters, had them wake up extremely early and drive to my house plus I've still had to pay them and drive to an appointment just to be told to reschedule. This has happened multiple times. I could go on and on. They look at their clients as worthless junkies and don't care about our needs and concerns. I've been late to work and important appointments multiple times because when the sub. patients are there to see the doctor they will have every single one of them see the doctor first before taking care of the dosing window, resulting in massive lines. I've waited for upwards of an hour to dose. When going on vacation, I've been told that everything is in order for my vacation bottles only to come in to pick them up on my way out of town to be told that the doctor never signed off on them (then I had to sit there with my entire family in the car and wait until they figured out their mistake, got in touch with a doctor, and got everything in the system squared away). When I complain or get uspet, I've had them threaten to take away my weekly's. I've submitted multiple grievance forms and never heard back. I've been told that it's my choice to be there and I can change clinics (even though the closest location is over an hours drive for me). After having counselors quit, they've had no way to fit all of the clients in for state mandated individual sessions, so to improvise they made everyone come to a second monthly group. If you couldn't make the group. These groups are scheduled on their time, so God forbid you have work and can't make it at the time they have scheduled. Since medmark has taken over, the only thing that has changed for the clients is the time that the clinic is open until (1pm instead of 11am), but that doesn't actually change anything for the clients because the therapists won't schedule any sessions after 9am anyway, and as I already stated they barely ever have any appointments available that aren't around 6am. There are too many issues to write

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
