List of Cardiology Consultants Of Philadelphia's Reviews
The Blue Bell office's temperament was completely off during my visit. Everyone was on edge and short with all of us patients. The Nurse Practitioner Erica really needs to garner some interpersonal skills. BEDSIDE MANNER I believe if you said those words to her, she would not know what they are. I was told that every ounce of my health journey and everything going on in my body that pertains of doing and living consciously did not mean absolutely anything (Even great tips from my actual cardiologist Dr. Albert Janke) and that I'm doomed by my genetics and then proceed to put me on more medications. But then I advocated to just up my dosage on my current medication and that became a whole thing. Then when I got to the pharmacy, the instructions were not clear to them for them to even fill it at this time and that its horrible to discredit all of what someone has done with their physical and mental health. Don't just throw someone on a pill. That's what the pharmacist said while shaking their heads in disbelief. And she wondered why every patient's blood pressure went up when she walked in. I experienced someone who really needs to work on working with the public, very cold and stoic, her dismissiveness of someone else's battle to be an overall better human being, overall energy just sucked .. leave your misery in the parking lot at the beginning of the day and leave it there forever.. It's been time to find a holistic cardiologist that's not going to just sound like a mouthpiece for Big Pharma.. at least Dr. Janke was exploring a non pharmacological approach first before attempting to put me on a pill for a pill for another pill for that symptom. I left that office defeated, deflated, demoralized, and quite frankly appalled that such an ascientific conversation took place that stated that NO MATTER WHAT I DO.. EXERCISE, DIET, WEIGHT LOSS ( lifestyle I'm loving) has and will never move the needle to a higher functioning quality of life. She should REALLY assess why she even became a NP to soley push pills or to get to the crux of an ailment, before morphs into disorder and an unmanageable disease and get them as close to healthy as possible. I know why my cardiologist got into this field, he let's me know everytime we meet quarterly and he's been doing this for decades. How are you jaded ALREADY?
I have been a patient with Dr. Fredd for several years. He has always treated me with respect, answers my phone calls quickly. He always takes time to answer my questions and explain treatments and other concerns I might have. The staff at the three offices that I have been to are always courteous and helpful.
They follow a COVID/flu protocol that protects patients and staff. I have been taken back to an exam room on time for every visit I have had in one of their offices of the last 5 years. The medical techs are friendly and caring. Dr. Quinn allows time for questions and fully explains medical issues and the method/rational behind the medical plan.
If I could give less than one star I would. I am 88 and in a wheelchair. I have sever heart conditions. I had an appt with the Nurse Erica for a check up following a hospital stay. I had been having chest pains for several days before this appt and was anxious to be looked at. I was running late and called to let them know. Whoever answered the phone said they would let them know. I was ten minutes late and as soon as I walked in the door they immediately informed me that my appt was cancelled. They said that the people who had an appt after me were already there. When I asked if I could take their appt since they had mine I was also told no. Not one ounce of compassion not one ounce of understanding and later I came to find out that I have a 15 minute grace period on appts. Then found out that they lied in their paperwork and said I was 20 minutes late to cover themselves. The curly haired girl at the front desk turned around and actually glared at my daughter when she asked for names at the front desk. I would never ever go to this office again if My life depended on it. I wish I had read the reviews here before I agreed to come here as they all complain about the staff. It is no wonder they have a low star rating. Best of luck to them but I will spend my insurance dollars where people actually care about me.
They won't give my PCP a copy of the workup they did for me there a few years ago (which cleared me of any heart issues). They claim I never went to my appointment or had anything done. That's funny because I went there 2-3 times and wore a Holter monitor. My doctor retired but they said I could still be followed there and they had my records. Would love to know where they are. Needless to say, I won't be going back if I need anything further.
Called so many times for my prescription refill approval but No approval or no response for my BP medicine prescription refill.
Carolyn and the rest of the M.A's are just awesome and happy Dr Fredd is also in the house!
My dad has memory issues and confusion following a stroke and they will not let me in his appointment to advocate for him
Awful customer service. Had to pick up paper work for labs for my husband, I live in souderton the claimed they wouldn’t fax it to the office that was within my surrounding area because of COVID which is really funny because I should be staying within my surrounding area to stop the spread of covid. Instead I had to drive 40 minutes out of my area to go to their off to pick up the paperwork because of COVID pretty sure that’s the opposite of what is supposed to be happening but thanks for your awesome customer service
it would be nice if someone would answer a call or return a request for an appointment. Once I finally got in to to see the doctor, took 3 weeks of calling and emailing to even get scheduled to see the doctor. I actually like him and the nurse. They were great, but it is the office personnel that I am not fond of. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new Cardiologist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
