If it were possible I’d give Dr. Grovers office a 10. I’d even be able to give a review before I had my first visit. It was so helpful and refreshing to get a live pleasant person on the line and not a answering machine telling me to press numbers. I was able to get an appointment sooner than later. Needless to say Dr. Grover gave me my life back. My eyes were in bad condition I was not able to drive or read. I had had cataract surgery years ago in a different office. After examining my eyes Dr. Grover said I needed a YAG procedure. I was thinking I’d need to schedule that for another time but no he was so genuinely concerned and did the procedure right then and there. Thank you Dr. Grover I can see again instantly as I walked out the door everything was clear and crisp I cannot tell you how excited I was. I ran back in the door and told them how much I appreciate their service and to please give everybody in the office a hug for me. I highly recommend Blue Bell Eye Care & Surgery. Dr Grover is a very kind and caring physician. Takes his time, answers questions and relates on a very ‘human’ level. His staff is wonderful! Very helpful and can think outside the box. The office seems to run VERY efficiently and I don’t feel like I have to double check everyone’s work after I leave ( which, since COVID, is so often the case in other places) I really appreciate everyone being so competent, caring and taking pride in their practice. Thank you.

So happy with the care I receive at Blue Bell Eye! The staff is wonderful…calm, polite, professional; Dr. Grover always takes time to answer questions, give thorough exams, and is very reassuring. Highly recommend to anyone looking for customer-oriented eye care!

I have had only excellent care at Blue Bell, from Dr. Grover to each member of the staff. Dr. Grover is terrific at follow up, answers your calls if you have a concern, takes an appropriate amount of time for the examination, and reminds you of what you need to do for your own eye care between visits. I can’t even express in words how amazing Dr. Grover is. He is so caring of all his patients. I had ankle surgery July 13, 2022 and I have called the office with questions and he calls you back as soon as he can. He is SO busy but makes time for everyone and when he is dealing with you he is 110% present. Such an amazing surgeon with kindness and care! Thank you Dr. Grover for being so amazing through such a scary time ❤️
