Very thorough and efficient well check. Everyone is so kind.
Pleasant staff and professionals.
Good service!
Dr.Brignola is very thorough with exam and great with patient education and explaining the results of exam and testing. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
Excellent care and friendly service
Personnel are courteous and competent. The exams are detailed and well interpreted.
I have a sting phobia when anyone has to go near my eyes. The doctors are very patient and informative which helped to calm my anxiety.
Fit me in fast. Full check up and tests. Great job
I don't know if its because on my paperwork I put that I had some concerns related to my autism/adhd or if its because I'm young-woman-presenting with an alternative appearance but he was highly dismissive of my concerns. He didn't even have my chart or look at it while I was in the room. He told me my concerns were rare in young healthy adults. I told him I am not a young healthy adult, I am chronically ill. I had to push for the one test & he didn't even address the other concern. He just kept saying my prescription isn't that bad. I even said that I think I struggle way too much to see for it to just be about my "not that bad" prescription . He seemed to want to rush the appointment & get me out. We didn't really go over anything, he started giving an exam without even asking what the problem was and I had to interrupt and be kinda rude to even say that I had concerns besides getting my glasses prescription. I would've given 3 but they took my id and insurance card and never gave them back. We called for 5 days with no answer. We went there and doors are locked even though their hours say open. Finally on the 5th day, we get a call back that they're not open for another 5 days. As I mentioned, I'm chronically ill. I'm trying to get a bunch of testing to diagnose my disorder and I'm in excruciating pain. Needing a hospital isn't out of the question and at this point the incompetence is affecting my physical health. If you're a young woman or neurodivergent, save yourself the headache. He'll write you off as a "google expert" and push you out the door. When people come to health care providers with direct concerns and research, they're not trying to play "collect a label, do your job for you, or think they have every disorder they learn about. They're trying to rule things out just as much as find what the right answer is. They've probably been put through this time and time again of doctor's not listening or dismissing their concerns because this is very common, ESPECIALLY for women. I just wanted testing and someone to talk about my concerns with me and educate me. He had no interest in doing that.
Dr. Brignola was very nice. He even facilitated me having my eyes checked for glasses and contacts so I didn't have to make another appointment. Thank you thank you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
