Everyone was so pleasant and efficient. Dr Harwood gave us a diagnosis that previous Drs have not been able to. He spent time showing us the issue (on both knees) and explained the ins and outs of it. He then came up with a suitable treatment plan and scheduled a follow up appointment. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable.
