In reading other reviews about Dr. Faye, my recent experience differed in every way. Dr. Faye was unprofessional with an extremely confrontational manner. Dr. Faye lacks compassion, doesn't listen, makes excuses, incorrectly recalled details about previous visits, again blamed glitch on new software and blamed office staff, then reversed and insincerely stated she would take responsibility, then put on a "show" of how smart she is in front of her interns. Shocked, I stopped talking and looked at the floor. Directly asked to choose which symptom is worse so she can determine treatment...really? I thought doctors have a duty of care to holistically treat patients. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy therefore, I didn't feel safe continuing the appointment and requested it end to see another doctor.

Recently moved into the area and needed a new gynecologist. Front desk, staff and Dr. Faye were all very kind, personable, and respectful. All staff were prompt and efficient as well. As someone, like many, who dreads going to the gynecologist, Dr. Faye made me feel very comfortable throughout the exam and answered all questions. I definitely reccomend her to anyone.

Dr. Faye is a pleasant, honest physician who actually does care about her patients! She’s gentle, informs you as she does any procedure, and is extremely thorough. She’s so nice!

I have been seeing Dr Faye since I was 16. I am 37 now. I saw a few other doctors in between but I always came back to her. She really cares about her patients and she takes time with them. She has been instrumental in treating my endometriosis and helping me get my life back. I am so happy she is in this field.
