Excellent!! Went here (only a few minutes from my dad's) vs the place recommended by by Einstein network (extremely low ratings). My dad had fallen while in a caregiver's supervision and had open gashes on upper arm and calf. He is an incredible healer but after a few days they weren't drying at all. Everyone in this office was fabulous! There was very little wait on a Friday afternoon and the receptionist was so kind she actually gave me a recommendation for caregiver services. When he was seen, the PA gently chided when she asked why he had not gone to ER for stitches on the arm. That actually healed really well. She gave us an antibiotic and the nurse redressed both injuries and sent us home with supplies to keep the dressings fresh. I would highly recommend this place as we had excellent care, especially because anything that could be infected is especially dangerous to an active 98 year old!

Front desk and Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable! The women who took my temperature and blood pressure was very miserable to the point I was ready to walk out. This was my first experience with an Urgent care.

Making an appointment was very easy. I was the only one in the waiting room when I arrived. The staff member at the desk who greeted me was extremely nice and the PA who examined me was kind and efficient. Overall a very good experience with the exception of the individual who took my vitals (med asst or nurse, she didnt have a name tag visible and didnt bother to introduce herself). She was completely miserable and insensitive. She treated me like an annoyance from the minute she called my name even becoming aggravated when I gagged when she repeatedly kept jabbing me in the throat for a throat swab. It is clear everyone else at this place is really trying to make it a nice experience for patients so I hope she can find a role where she doesn't have to interact with sick people.

Dr Ken took great care of my 2 year old daughter, he was patient and calm and connected with her so she wasn’t scared. He took the time to explain everything to me, as a concerned parent. Thanks for the great care!
