Very friendly staff

Quick and easy physical. Dr Jumper is an asset to the Boiling Springs community.

I’m usually not one for going to the Doctors, but when I do, Doctor Jumper is the best around. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining everything so you can understand all the options he can provide for you. His staff is friendly and personable. I had an all around outstanding experience with Doctor Jumper and his staff. I highly recommend their office.

Not only Dr. Jumper, but all the office staff show they care and communication it.

Dr. Jumper is very thorough and truly listens to you.

Dr. Jumper is a very caring physician. When I leave his office I feel well taken care of. I would recommend him to all!

Just because people are well educated does not mean they are good at what they do. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with in the medical field. They constantly call to reschedule appointments. Also, if you need a prescription for any kind of controlled drugs, you have to pick it up at the office. The office has shorter hours than most and then they either forget to sign or do not even have your prescription ready when you get there. Go somewhere else!!

Worst Dr's staff ever!! I have never met so many rude people in one room. Every time I am sick, they tell me to go to a walk-in clinic, he is too busy. When I do have a scheduled appt and have blood work done, if something is wrong and I need further specialists HA!! If I had to wait for his office to schedule it, it would never get done. I like Dr. Jumper, but it's to the point I'm going to have to change Drs because of this poor communication and lack of respect they have towards everyone.

We used this office for 6 mths as primary care for our baby.After multiple errors and having to give them many 2nd chances- we gave up.Front office would not call back,was rude when I would speak with them.The worst was Nicole Kindler,had no idea how to care for a newborn.Sent us for unnecessary blood draws for a week and tried to admit our baby to the hospital because she did not have the scale balanced and read the weight wrong.Dr jumper did apologize for her,but we never trusted them again.

There office staff are some of the rudest people I have meet and mad it very uncomfortable . The last thing you want is a place that gives you a hard time when your sick. They are always losing my insurance info and there times I feel are not good for working people. Dr. Jumper is a very good Docter but can be hard to talk to and I always feel like I need to rush to the point or he won't take me seriously.
