Office staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I was a patient of Dr. Jumper but will now be changing. The receptionist Skye called to confirm an appointment, in which I cancelled due to consistently changing office policies and then she simply just hung up on me. Atrocious customer service!

I’ve been with Dr. Jumper since about 2006. He’s very attentive and doesn’t jump to conclusions without the science (diagnostics) to back it up. Once he gets to the crux of the problem, he follows up at every turn.

If you live in or around Boiling Springs, this is the best doctor's office in the area. Dr. Jumper and his staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. You really need to have a family doctor, especially in these times.

Just because people are well educated does not mean they are good at what they do. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with in the medical field. They constantly call to reschedule appointments. Also, if you need a prescription for any kind of controlled drugs, you have to pick it up at the office. The office has shorter hours than most and then they either forget to sign or do not even have your prescription ready when you get there. Go somewhere else!!

Worst Dr's staff ever!! I have never met so many rude people in one room. Every time I am sick, they tell me to go to a walk-in clinic, he is too busy. When I do have a scheduled appt and have blood work done, if something is wrong and I need further specialists HA!! If I had to wait for his office to schedule it, it would never get done. I like Dr. Jumper, but it's to the point I'm going to have to change Drs because of this poor communication and lack of respect they have towards everyone.
