If the doctors would educate their staff, what the proper manner is to treat people, the practice could thrive. They do so now because people just accept it as the norm., plus they are the only practice really in the Barto/Bally area. If people got treated like this at Walmart they would call the manager and complain. Pennsburg Family on route 663 left side heading to Quakertown so far seems great! DrPage called me today to go over blood work, which was all pretty good. He just seemed to care.

Dr Harrison is friendly, but is reluctant in referring to specialists outside his practice. I needed to go go a doctor hat specialized in a health oroblem. After Dr Harrison treated it for several months, I took it upon myself to find one. Within one month and change in treatment I was recovering.

Very kind and concerned, listens to you. Office books appts too close together. a bit too rushed. Try to schedule appt at least busy time.

I have been using Dr. Harrison as my primary doctor for a number of years. He is always pleasant and helpful. In addition he is a very good listener and always seeks my input before deciding on a treatment plan. He is very bright and up to date, too. One of the things I like about him is that he does not over medicate and is not -- like many other doctors -- in love with any and all chemical solutions. And he also does not think he is God.

Of all the Drs at Bally Medical Group- Dr Harrison is the 1 I will see. Friendly, confident, very helpful & experienced. He knows people "out in the medical field" & refers you to friends he knows if you need surgery or other medical attention. He will often ask about things that we talked about in a previous visit (several months prior). Things like, "did you enjoy the concert you went to see last time you were here?" (Things not marked on a medical chart.) Since I saw him as a child, I can say this: He is great with kids & adults. My sister went to him after she was kicked off our parents insurance and he goes out of his way to try and get you the cheapest medication that you need & will still heal you quickly. Even giving out samples from the office. The nurses are kind, but appear gruff since they work so quickly. Making an appt on the phone is easy. The only downside of appt is you have to wait in the waiting room & then wait MUCH longer in the exam room. Sometimes 20 min in ex rm
