He did my endoscopy. I had not met him previously. He talked and listened to me before hand. Discussed options w me. He explained what he was planning to do. He did the proceedure and was present when i was falling asleep. He was courteous. He was professional and personal. After i woke up and was sensible, Dr. Kichler was there with photos and summery of the results. He and his staff were above and beyond. I felt respected, safe, and cared for by them.

I couldn’t even make an appointment because the front office woman was extremely rude. I was new to this doctor and she did not help. If you can get an appointment with a better person, I hope you do.

Dr Kichler did my colonoscoply in June 2016 and found diverticulitis and narrowing in colon. It has been quite a painful ordeal. Dr. Kichler and office staff have been great with my phone calls and questions as I go through this. No matter what question or concern, nurses are in contact with Dr Kichler and he or office staff is back to me with answers in very short time. It means a lot to have a Dr and office staff that make you feel that your health problems are their most important concern.
