Great staff and drs. Thank you
I went in and was at the front desk getting my info filled out and the women at the front said it would be a 45 minute wait. I asked her if I could leave and come back (just curious) and she responded very rudely and passive aggressively that I have to wait her just like everyone else. This is all fine with me as I do not care to wait. The way this lady said it was so rude and made me uncomfortable as if I was a bother to her. Easy to say it made the start of my visit feel uneasy. Another time i was here, I was feeling very ill. They tested me for covid, hand foot mouth, and throat chlamydia! Well I went to my regular care provider and I had the flu. They did not even think to test me for it. I have been disappointed by this place more times than ever. Just go to the Robinson location they are much better.
Clean office, wonderful service! Thank you for assisting with my tetanus scare :D
I had a very positive virtual visit with the Medexpress Urgent Care medical staff located on Washington Pike, near Pittsburgh, PA. I was in the 'Burgh and needed to see a dr the same day on Friday afternoon just before the Memorial Day weekend. Everyone whom I spoke with from the office*,n,nnmnn,;,m was helpful. Brooke took all of my information and got me an appt for the same day. The girl who called to perform my triage was very patient and thorough. My appointment was with Magdalena Jennings. She surpassed all of my expectations. She gave me time to tell her what I needed and didn't rush me at all. Dr. Jennings knew exactly what she was doing and answered all of my questions and made sure I understood her treatment plan and what to expect. Very knowledgeable and practical; great all-around care.
Extremely long wait time (over 2 hours) for our child who has a high fever. There is no "Express" here. I am writing this while still waiting for us to be seen. Someone who was sick actually left because they could not wait any longer. Shame on this place! If you cannot keep up, close up shop!
Efficient and caring. Wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked, but there were people in front of me. The doctor spent time with me, making sure to diagnose me properly and explaining medication prescribed.
I've been to this location four times in the last two years when my PCP wasn't available. Each time I visited, the doctors and staff were very accommodating. I was given the prescriptions that I needed at the time.
By far the WORST medexpress I’ve been to. First, they turned my (black) boyfriend away when he went for abdominal pain saying “there’s nothing they could do for him.” He never made it out of the lobby, the front desk lady told him that, not an actual medical professional. Like they never took his name, insurance or anything. She saw him, asked what was wrong and turned him away. The funniest part is I (white female) just went back complaining of the same issues and was treated without a problem. He came into the back with me and everything. Then, the next day he started feeling sick. We went back so he could be seen and I went with him. He was taken back, however, the staff was VERY rude AGAIN! Saying that I can’t go back with him (even though I watched multiple people go back with their SO’s) they then told me that I can’t sit in the lobby and need to go wait in the car. I tried explaining that my boyfriend had the keys in the back, and I’d prefer to sit with him. However, the front desk ladies continued to brow beat me. They are by far the worst and the most rude. Also, when I was there last night for my own issues. It was very obvious the specialist I saw DID NOT read my chart AT ALL, as she didn’t know I’m pregnant or any of the reasons I was there. She then tried to give me a lot of meds that cannot be taken by pregnant women. Thank god I asked if I could have them! After that experience, im not taking anything until I talk to my OB. WORST MEDEXPRESS EVER!!! VERY RUDE, LAZY AND UNEDUCATED!
I’ve been to many Med Express facilities over the years and I must say the one in Bridgeville, PA is by far the best. They know what the meaning of express is. Everyone there is so efficient and move so quickly it’s amazing, all while never making you feel rushed or that you are not getting the best care. I highly suggest Med Express see what is working Bridgeville and implement it at your other locations. I’ve been waiting now over an hour at your Washington, PA location with very little movement. No movement. If I wasn’t so sick, I’d drive myself the 20 minutes to the Bridgeville location.
I am 70 and have visited many care centers in my life but at Bridgeville Urgent Care was treated like royalty Everyone there was so kind and caring I was virtually speechless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
