I have called his office several times NEVER getting a call back. Today I called his staff finally answered I asked when my appointment was instead of putting me on hold she hung up, I called back went to voicemail. I MUST SWITCH Doctors due to incompetent staff. I've been seeing him for years. I should've switched long ago after thr staff never returning calls. I've even had to call the doctors personal cell
Dr. Beerel's office has cancelled three appointments in a row for my son. Twice, they did not even call to cancel. My son showed up for his appointment and was told that Dr. Beerel was out of town and that his appointment was cancelled! That is very unprofessional!! If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, a doctor is able to tell you you need to reschedule. But the doctor can just tell you when you arrive for your appointment that was scheduled over a month ago, that it is just cancelled because the doctor is out of town!?!
Dr. Beerel was the attending doctor at Mercy Hospital this past weekend when my father was admitted for CHF (congestive heart failure ) He was kind, patient and very thorough... and my dad laughed during his assessment. Great man and doctor !
I met Dr. Beerel when I was in Mercy Hospital for a brain aneurysm. He diagnosed me with Menierre's disease and treated chronic diarrhea that I had for 2 years before I met him. He helped me more in 2 days than my (now) prior PCP had in 2 years. We are transferring all of our family to him. AND in calling to make a follow up, his office was fast and helpful. I did not know this kind of service was still available in outpatient medicine. Thank You!
Dr Beerel treated my mother at St Clair Hospital on several occasions. He was very warm and compassionate to her and myself during very painful times as her health decreased. He treated my mother as if she was his own parent. He would call me personally on weekends and evening to provide updates and suggestions and spoke with me as if we were family. I have met several great doctors however he is provided so much more than just his unquestionable expertise and experience, he provided a level of personal compassion that helped us more than words can describe. I personally owe him a debt of gratitude for all his phone calls to me and his sincere sweet care for my mother.
Dr. Beerel always takes the time to care about me. He asks questions and listens. He never blows me off.
Very pleased! Shows a true concern about your health.
I met Doctor Beerel when I was a teen.I'm now 32,and I have to admitt I have been bless to have him for my doctor, thru out my years of traveling, until I relize this doc,is blunt and straightout and to the point, and very honest, and caring, and very dedicated to his patients. He knows what he's doing! You can tell by the way he checks your health, and answers your questions,he always gives his best. You can tell he's not just in his career for the money,he there for his patients, and I know he's the doctor that alot of people in this world wish they had,but alot of doctors now a days, just want to feed people pills,he doesn't unless their gonna benefit your health. Thanks Doctor Beerel, you do a great job,at what your do,you are a great inspiration at how all doctors should treat their patients. You are definitley a hard working guy who cares about people and their lives.God Bless You In All Your Ways Each and Every Day.From Your Patient.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
