I called for an appointment and apparently they have literally lost my records, and told me I'd have to start as a new patient and wouldn't be able to see me for 4 months.

The doctor is nice, but that damn receptionist 🙄. She’s rude and one time over the phone, I was trying to ask her a question and she let out a big sigh. They need to bring the Hispanic lady back. They need to clean those waiting room chairs. There’s always hair all over seats
