These people are racist, I was treated like my health didn’t matter both times I visited this place and the wait is extra long. I brought my child to be see and they told me there were patients in front of us and know one was in front of us as a walk in. The behavior of this staff is incredibly interesting and unacceptable as a patient care provider. They don’t care about the patients it’s all about the money with this company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to go here to receive care.

Despite having to wait 3 hours to be seen with an appointment for a work physical, I cannot complain. The front desk staff was extremely kind and apologetic. They let me know there was an emergency earlier in the day and that they were running behind. The nurse was so friendly as well. When I did finally get to see the doctor, Dr. Clarke, she was very apologetic and let me know that she was the only doctor on staff that day. Her bedside manner was fantastic and she made my physical quick yet thorough. The facility felt very clean and I would definitely recommend.

Made 6pm appointment was seen on time. The PA listened, examined, diagnosed and effectively prescribed treatment. Out the door in under 20 minutes. I have used MedExpress in Brookhaven several times and has so far been better than excellent.

I for one do not like doctors offices but they were extremely patient and enjoyable given my situation. I would definitely recommend them.

Just left and My God the best urgent care I’ve ever been to the staff was so friendly, so respectful u know the kind of the staff that love there job and like happening people from Kim at the front desk to the nurses in the back to the doctor Britney hands-down the best service I have ever had thank you guys so much

Called to get information for an employment drug/ blood screen. The lady on the phone tells me the latest is 3pm arrived 10 mins to 3 and was told I had to be there by 1 or 2. Hugh inconsideration of people’s time. Please train your employees on procedures and rules .
