No stars! Urgent care posts hours 9am to 9pm. We were turned away at 8:20pm because 4 people were already waiting. My husband cut his hand badly and needed Help urgently. They basically threw two packets of gauze at him ("here's some gauze") without even pointing him to the nearest emergency ward.
Back in Febuary Julia Colangli told me I needed an MRI, she told me to go downstairs to the lab. Now I'm being charged for the MRI, I was just following Doctors orders. I have insurance to pay for my medical expenses I don't feel like I should be responsible for this. Julia Colangli is not my regular Doctor she was filling in for Julia Quigley. If I need to pay this bill then I will not be associated with Mainline Health any longer. I have some great Doctors and I enjoyed seeing all of them but I will do without any health care. Thank you for your time Donald Bullis
I have experience wonderful, caring, efficient, and "absolutely wonderful" care at Lawrence Park, Broomall's Main Line Health and Urgent Care Center.
Terrible facility stay away. I got 15 minutes into my intake and was told by the very rude. I guess therapist Nicole that I wasn't part of the program because I might disrupt group. As a person with autism she's basically saying I'm too autistic to be part of their program. They have a poster that says about neurodiversity on the wall. It is a lie. They are also callous uncaring and very, very rude. Definitely a business doesn't care about helping people. Office looked kind of dirty. I wouldn't want to stay there overnight. I cannot emphasize enough. This is the worst experience I've ever had in therapy. I went in there having lost my mother, my brother and my relationship with my sister all in the same year, and Nicole stopped me from getting help instead of helping me. I am considering filing a formal complaint with the board as she did harm willfully did harm to my psychological state and this should be grounds to lose a license. Will post an update after the complaint is filed. Discriminatory coldhearted, unhelpful rude
Main Line Health Us Digestive Health is the worst company. Stay away from any US Digestive Health Doctors. You can't get appointments scheduled. The staff is rude and they never call you back. Something is seriously wrong with this company. They have multiple locations, but appointments are scarce.
The staff is unbelievably rude. I understand that colonoscopy places are run like assembly lines, but they couldn't get my husband out of there fast enough and were quite nasty to me when they called and then nasty to him when they shoved him out into the waiting room to recover. They also can't access anything filled out online, so that's not helpful. Go elsewhere. I had a good experience at the Bala Cynwyd branch. This one is staffed by really snide, rude people.
Update: I received my positive lab results a week later. If the doctor had set aside her ego and believed me, I wouldn't have had to suffer with my symptoms; an antiviral prescription would have been a safe precaution, and my positive results proved her wrong.
US digestive health is part of Main Line Health. This is a larger building. The directions will take you to a lower level, but go to the upper level.
This place is horrible. They are so slow here you will probably die before you are seen. With the prices of medical care people should not have to wait this long to be seen. Do yourself a favor and go to patient first on Baltimore pike in Springfield. Would never ever go here again horrible place
Beautiful new buildings are great, but unless they are staffed by kind people, can feel cold. That's what I experienced here at Main Line Health Center in Broomall. The building is lovely and spacious and the flow of patients went smoothly, though quite impersonal and cold. The receptionist lady at the front desk was incredibly rude however, and acted like she was doing everyone a favor by doing the bare minimum of her job. She has a terrible attitude and couldn't handle when I questioned their ridiculous mask policy. I'm a nurse and the hospital that I work at and signs my paychecks no longer makes us wear masks, probably because they are unnecessary and should be left to personal choice. The receptionist had a horrible attitude when I declined to wear a mask and quite literally said "that's the policy so you need to comply." No, actually I do not. So once we got that out of the way I was able to actually receive the medical care I needed. I saw OB/GYN nurse practitioner Jen and found her to be very kind and competent. Knowing Main Line Health in a few different capacities, I know that they are very much a virtue signaling and bit of a self-righteous organization. That's totally fine, until it affects patient and staff interactions. I hope they can do better with this, as this location is quite convenient and I believe I received sufficient care.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
