Dr. Levenberg and his staff are totally professional he is warm and concerned. He gave me comfort durning surgery along with his staff of medical professionals. He gave me all the injections and therapy I needed to help me return to my job. In his office they are by far the best run doctors office I have ever seen. Premier physical therapy are also so helpful and caring they worked with me for almost 7 months. I worked hard too. I am thoroughly satisfied with Dr Levenberg he may be my best doctor ever. I have already referred one friend to Dr Levenberg. I am a 66 year old female with a physical job I will recommend Dr Levenberg to anyone I know with a back problem I am confident that he can help them too. I would like to thank Dr Levenberg for his heartfelt concern and superior medical expertise. Thank you Dr Levenberg you are a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Levenberg was amazing! I had a herniated disc at the L4-5. He performed a laminectomy on me, and it was a great success. Before and after the surgery, Dr. Levenberg was very kind and reassuring about the diagnosis, procedure, and recovery. He made me feel assured that surgery was the right path for me. Dr. Levenberg was my savior after a month of agony from excruciating back pain. My entire life was put on hold as I could barely function without constant assistance from my family. Medication, epidurals, exercise....nothing worked. I was then referred to Dr. Levenberg who immediately diagnosed my issue and scheduled me for surgery just one week after my first visit; at a time when getting timely health care was quite difficult. I was leery about getting back surgery, having no history of back pain prior to this issue. But it seemed like the only solution. And sure enough, the results of the surgery were instant and my life is back to normal. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Levenberg and his team.

Dr Levenberg is my hero! I’ve been going to him for yrs with lower back pain. We’ve tried everything from PT to epidurals & it got to the point nothing worked anymore so we came to the decision it was time to have surgery. I had a laminectomy & discectomy on the L5 S1 2 weeks ago. I’m walking again, I have 0 pain in my leg & recovering nicely! Dr. Levenberg gave me my life back! He’s kind, gentle, & very thorough with explanation during any procedure. His staff is outstanding! Always willing to help, I’ve never had any problems whatsoever. The nursing staff at Riddle where the surgery was were amazing! I can’t say enough about Dr Levenberg, he’s the only one I would ever have do surgery or any other procedures on my back! My husband & I are so grateful he was able to help me. I have degenerative joint & disc disease that we’ve been dealing with for yrs. I highly recommend Dr Levenberg to anyone who suffers with back pain. He’s The Man!! I can dance at our Son’s wedding in Oct! ????

I have had three surgical procedures with Dr. Levenberg. All three have been a full success. The three procedures were focused on the Lumbar spine regions of L3 to L5. Dr Levenberg explains situations very well. He made me feel comfortable at all times. He is courteous and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. He clearly always sought what was best for me. Quite professional.

Dr. Levenberg and his team did an excellent job taking care of me after a bimalleolar fracture in my right ankle. They were professional, competent, and caring. They treated me like I was a V.I.P. and then I observed that they treated EVERY patient like that! Dr. Levenberg took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. I was treated with dignity and respect by him, and his entire staff: Betty, Crystal, Marissa, Shannon, and Mike. An exceptional team who work well and efficiently together to provide the best care for their patients. I would fully recommend Dr. Levenberg and his team at Premier Orthopedic & Sports Medicine.
