Worst experience ever! Never would recommend this hospital!
If i could give this horrible place negative starts i would!!! You guys SUCK! Nurses in the front are so rude and i get it you are busy but come on man my boyfriend had just come in for a constant nose bleed that won’t stop he has been bleeding for 5 days now since and has lost extreme amounts of blood and we had came to the hospital 2 days ago to see what was going on he was then discharged back and did a test on his blood count he was supposed to be at a 15 but when he was tested came back at a 11. Okay cool they did an IV in his arm and sent him on his way and said “come back if it keeps bleeding” so today rolls around and his nose was gushing blood again so we return to the hospital saying that his nose is gushing blood and won’t stop! They wouldn’t even simply give him water when he asked said she was too busy🙄 then proceeded to do another blood count in him went down AGAIN now at a 10 a 10!!! and all they could do was put an IV in his arm and put him in the waiting room again with an iv coming out of his arm he left in the same condition idk what to do atp he’s gonna have to go to another hospital since this hospital clearly couldn’t meet the standard needs of care. Just down right ridiculous Bryn Mawr do better!!
This place should be sued, that’s all I’ll say
I had my daughter at Bryn Mawr Hospital in 2024! She was born at 33 weeks, and I stayed in the hospital for a month until her arrival. I can’t say enough about Dr. Hersch and Dr. Halpern—they are truly the best! Even though they’re no longer there, my experience was amazing. The NICU nurses took incredible care of my daughter, and everything went smoothly with no issues. If I have another baby, Bryn Mawr Hospital will be my only choice!
My gf was there for 6 hours and didn’t see anyone. She kept wanting to just get up and leave because no one took any attention to her. Sat in the waiting room for 5 hours then sat in an exam room waiting to be seen but literally no one came. What a waste of a night and got literally no care at all. Utterly useless and pointless.
I’m really not trying to be insensitive but I’m writing this is 12:08 am I’ve been here since 6:30. I understand it is a hard time for hospital in the Delaware county and Philadelphia area but siting in an emergency room for 6-7 hours is crazy. I’m okay enough to sit here and be mad at staff but there is elderly people in here needing help that have been here just as long as I have. I will never be coming back here for emergencies ever again
Would give Zero stars but would feel bad for the other staff… The daytime Station Nurse in Labor and Delivery is one of the rudest most ignorant not just Nurse but person I have ever met, do better having a baby is supposed to be a happy time but this nurse ruins it
If I could give no stars I would! I went on Christmas Eve having hard time breathing from my chest thinking I had pneumonia or something… got there no one was in the waiting room. They took me back to triage right away . I explained I’m 22 weeks pregnant with a surrogate baby and the nurse did the right thing by checking to see if I had to go upstairs which I didn’t I wasn’t having belly pain.. anyway the did ekg and swapped me for Covid and the flu so I went back into waiting area which I was then taking back 20 mins later to be seen which the 2 nurses heard crackling and wheezing in my left lung I said great sounds like pneumonia so then the doctor came in and rushed listening to me and what I had to say and listening to my lungs just rushed it because the results came back as the flu a… well I knew it was more then the flu I couldn’t breath.., so 2 days later I went to urgent care.. and here I have pneumonia, flu a, and and ear infection!! Next time don’t rush patients when you weren’t busy you guys were just sitting around talking!
The entire staff at the Bryn Mawr hospital was fantastic! I brought my friend here and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses was fantastic !! I want thank the following for their great works Tanya-Receptionist Leslie-Patient Experience Advocate Tye-RN Jen-RN Victoria -PA Moira-RN Thank you for all your great work!!!
Eric needs to be removed from the hospital if violating HIPPA, as well as dismissing a patient in need of care is going to be his way of doing things. He is a liability that will only lead to a lawsuit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
