"Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff. When you are worried about a sick child, the last thing you need is a rude, dismissive receptionist . The lady asked us if anyone of us has travel outside the USA , I answered: No . She gave me a very nasty look and turned to her coworker and started talking about me with a bitterness . The supervisor intervened ، she took the staff member side without asking a question . she also suggested that we go to another place ! I am going to start talking my daughter somewhere else , where people can spell the word “ respect “ . ! And to Doctor Rakhee V Patel who accused me wrongly for being aggressive , abusive .. Maybe you should look first at the 3.4 stars that people gave you staff ! Standing your ground isn't aggression—it's self-respect. Bullies thrive on people staying silent or backing down. The moment you refuse to shrink yourself for someone else's comfort, you've already won ! I am going to protect my family from such a toxic environment , where the staff are super rude and the doctor is prejudice!

The doctors and nurses at this location are EXCELLENT. They take their time, listen to patients and parents, and they are kind. The only reason I did not give this practice five stars is that the front desk staff is rude. They act annoyed when you approach their desk to check in or out—and this is when the entire lobby is empty. I just don’t understand why they are so surly toward parents accompanying their sick children to a medical appointment. It’s unnecessary.

Professional Doctors and nurses are very kind. However reception staff is consistently rude and has an attitude. Wait times are sometimes long. After doing a online checkin, one has to checkin again upon arrival rendering the online checkin process pointless and a waste of time. However you will receive numerous nagging emails and texts about online checkin prior to the visit. In addition despite insurance info being on file/on record online, upon arrival you have to provide the same insurance info all over again.

I am a concerned parent who just wants to help my child. We need an appointment to discuss things with doctors and they treat us as if we are dramatic while my child suffers.

Really appreciate the care and attention we've received here for our child.

Highly recommend, the stuff are very friendly, Dr Gwiszcz is the best, since day one he was very generous providing tons of advices and answering all our questions especially for our first child. Thank so much Dr Gwiszcz

I wish to share a very pleasant experience I had with one of the staff member, I was waiting for a letter some time now but had no success as it was urgent I made another attempt and spoke to Brandon he was very polite and assured me will convey my request to the concern person which he did and promptly updated me he also called and checked if the letter was received. I know you may say he was doing his job but when people work hard and show concern and empathy for others and their problems it makes big difference, Thank you Brandon and team of Chop Haverford for your services.

I’m very satisfied with my children’s Pediatrician. Very short wait times and sick apts always available. I love the front desk staff as they are professional and inviting.
