I had been seeing Dr. Williams for injections and then eventually a full shoulder replacement. His knowledge, expertise & commitment to his patients goes far beyond any expectations. It has been 6 months since my surgery & my shoulder is doing great. Dr. Williams has an excellent staff, Kari his Clinical Assistant is amazing . She is professional, well informed & returns calls in a timely manner. I travel a total of 4 hours for an appointment with Dr. Williams & he is truly worth the extra miles. I highly recommend Dr, Williams & the Rothman Institute.

I am 69 yrs. Old and could not be any happier with my tsr. Dr williams explained everything so i could understand. My success after 6 weeks is very good. So im very pleased with him.

I had a 4pm appointment and was stuck in Friday afternoon traffic. I called the 800 rothman phone number and explained my plight, and could she contact dr. Williams team to let them know I am running late.The receptionist said she did not have direct contact with the team but would try, she did and got me team member Kara on the phone. Kara said she would talk to dr Williams about my situation, she called back and said they would wait. I was really relieved due to my shoulder being very painful, my appointment was to get a cortisone shot. I arrived at 4:30pm. (Half hour late)I got checked in . Dr Williams was cordial and gave me the shot. The team went way beyond the call of duty. I am truly grateful. D Clark 9/30/2022
