List of Margaret Burns's Reviews
She was extremely rude to me every time I was in the office. I went it for a routine IUD removal, and she couldn’t find it. Fine. Went for an ultrasound the following week, they found it. The NEXT week, I went in to have it removed but she didn’t tell me anything about the ultrasound findings, didn’t explain to me the procedure with the scope, and was about to give me injections in my cervix until I burst into tears telling her how I have no idea what’s wrong, no one told me what’s happening or why I’m getting injections. She didn’t even apologize for her lack of communication and rudeness. Just “we need to inject you with a numbing agent so you don’t feel the scope.” If she would have just said that from the beginning I would have been TOTALLY FINE. But she has no communication skills whatsoever. Horrible doctor.
She is an excellent and caring physician.

Dr Burns was kind and professional.
Dr Burns is an excellent and very skilled doctor. I'm a physician so I certainly know who to avoid. She has been my doctor for years after performing an intricate successful surgery on me. I personally find her personality warm and genuine. But if I didn't, I would still take talent over a great bedside manner. I've met plenty of doctors over the years that had great bedside manners but lacked knowledge base and surgical talent . Those you should be careful of. Dr. Burns is top notch.
The staff and Dr. Burns couldn't have been nicer. I was well cared for and felt they listened to my concerns adequately.
Dr.Burns is a very busy Doctor; I don’t believe she is rude or bully. She may be curt, if at all. I like her no nonsense attitude and her professionalism. I don’t wait long for my appointment, as a busy professional myself, I appreciate that.
Dr. Burns has no bedside manner and is a bully. Find another doctor at another practice as this woman does not care about patients and is only concerned about her shift and time line. Also beware that the practice that this doctor is affiliated with shares on call hours with mainline women’s health, so you may get Dr. Burns delivering your baby even though you have never met or had any interaction. Dr. Burns is awful, ask for another doctor if you can.
The staff and Dr. Burns couldn't have been nicer. I was well cared for and felt they listened to my concerns adequately.
I first met her on my week of 30 rutine check and she was in such a hurry to leave the room from the very beginning. When she measure my belly, I could tell the tape did not even touch my belly and she did not even look into the number. So of course there is no any update of what she think about how baby is doing. Then as I took out my question list she is about to leave. She answer most of my question with door has already half open and half of her body was outside the room. The most halarious part is, when I complained I have this sleepy issue during the night time, she told me to go back to my primary care doctor and schedule a sleep study and she made the conclusion it is not about pregenancy. How can she be so sure without even check or ask more question. (I later have blood exam came back and other OB confirmed I am on the edge of anemia. Now with iron tablet and change of diet, I feel better). In a word, SHE DON' T CARE ABOUT HER PATIENT.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
