Had to change GI's when mine retired, and went to many. Dr. Springer helped me at my first appt. knew my entire 30 year history because her office went through the trouble to get it and didn't expect me to...I;ve seen the way some patients treat my primary's employees, and the way they talk to them, maybe that is the problem with the 2 who didn't like her or her girls...

Dr Springer is one of the few doctors that I feel cares about me and my health. I’ve struggled to find GIs that don’t just try to mask my symptoms and push meds on me. I definitely recommend her and the entire staff is helpful.

Dr. Springer is excellent and I would and have highly recommended her to family and friends. She is very attentive and clearly spends time listening to all issues and needs. She has always been prompt in answering any and all of my questions or calls. While she has kept us safe and feeling better, she also provides a great bedside manner!

I am not sure how she received a glowing review because I was compelled to walk out on her. Her bedside manner was extremely poor and I felt as if I was an inconvenience to her. I would prefer to stay sick then have her as my doctor.

I came to Dr. Springer for a second opinion on some GI issues I had been experiencing over the past few months. During our first appointment she was attentive, patient and straightforward with her recommendation. The doctor I had seen prior had no suggestions for a plan to move forward. Dr. Springer worked with me to create an action plan that I felt comfortable with and addressed and listened to my issues. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Very Unprofessional! Left a diagnosis of a chronic disease on an answering machine and told me to schedule an appointment 3 weeks later after her vacation and we would talk about treatment. I don't think so! Just a horrible Dr!

Love her. She is very real, honest, and communicative. I’m pretty picky about docs, and I think she’s great. Can’t imagine anyone having issue with her bedside manner.
