The physician and ladies in the office were great. The issue however, is that Midlantic Urology never sent me a bill for services rendered. I had called two weeks ago, and spoke with two agents. I referenced my last payment, and neither one was able to locate an account in the system. Today, I got a notice threatening to place me into collections; they stated they had exhausted all efforts, and that if I didn't pay within 10 days, my account would be forwarded to collections and I would be responsible for any fees. I was livid. If they had sent me the bill, I would have paid it promptly. They never sent me the original bill. The amount was $149.26, which is no problem for me to pay. I have excellent credit, and the amount was valid. It was horrible of them to threaten me with collections.Needless to say, I will be looking for a new physician.
