20 mins on hold to get thru to a scheduler who told me I'd been transferred to the wrong line. I just went somewhere else in the end. Throughout the hold time they kept repeating about the infinite loop of care, but this apparently just refers to trying to get thru the infinite loop of scheduling

Staff here are amazing. Friendly from checkin to check out and very professional. My daughter had to have dental surgery and they made the experience as easy as can be. Every step was explained along the way and nothing was done unless it was explain. The nurses are beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My son recently had tubes implanted by Dr. Shah who is affiliated with the newton Square location of Nemours DuPont. The procedure was done at Bryn Mawr and the staff could not have been nicer. They put us at ease right away and my son did great. And, in addition to the outstanding care we received while there (and my main reason for writing this review) they sent a card to my son - all of them had signed it and placed a big sticker inside of his favorite movie (Cars) which they must have remembered from his visit. Major kudos for this team of true professionals!
