I have made multiple attempts over the course of a month to reach their office. The longest I've been on hold was two hours - completely unacceptable.

After being redirected through the phone system multiple times by different call centers and being told, at one point, I had been given the wrong number to call, I was able to leave a message after over an hour on hold. Ashley who works at the front desk is incredible and the saving grace of this office. She returned my call and helped schedule my appointment. The appointment itself was awful: the waiting room is full of ads for costly (and profitable to the surgeons) procedures while I was hoping to get a medically necessary procedure done. Dr. Rose repeatedly cut me off, made clear she wasn't listening to me, dismissed my concerns, and was overall incredibly paternalistic and unprofessional. When sharing my poor experience, a friend who had a botched cosmetic procedure done a few months ago shared that this was the same location where she received poor care and worse bedside manner. Avoid at all costs.

Do not waste your money on consulting with Dr. Fosnot if you are a plus size person. Basically just spent an hour and $150 to be fat shamed. Him and his resident repeatedly told me top surgery wouldn't go well and it'd look awful unless I had bariatric surgery first. They could not comprehend how a fat person could possibly be comfortable with their fatness and wouldn't want to lose a ton of weight. Then they had the nerve to look surprised when I walked out instead of asking more questions or booking a surgery. Do not let people like this make you feel bad about your body! Fat people can get top surgery too and have good results! Keep looking & you'll find the right doctor for you. This one is not it.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Ivana Percec and her assistant Joanna. They were were on time, professional, kind and overall fantastic people. I had an excisional biopsy on my leg on the same day. Dr. Percec made sure to take her time and hence I had no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this office!
