List of Pierre Minerva's Reviews
Dr. Minerva is friendly however I felt that his communication style was extremely intellectual which made me feel a bit incompetent. I left his office on 2 occasions without any insight to the issue I was experiencing or any solution, recommendation on how to get some relief from the discomfort. I am following up with a different referral but felt it was a waste of time. In addition, I have left the billing office 2 messages and have yet to return my call regarding a refund I am owed.
I had a very bad experience with this practice. It has actually been more of a headache all of the times I have been here (2 years worth of appointments). Most recently I scheduled an appointment and they put me in for the wrong day. Refused to see me despite saying that this was their mistake, required both my husband and I to miss work and have to arrange for child care. Very terrible service and overall practice. Do not recommend.
I have been a patient of Dr Minerva's for several years. I find he and his staff patient, knowledgeable, helpful, good communicator, available and a general excellent Dr. and practice.
I have been seeing Dr. Minerva for several years and have always found him to be caring, informative, and an expert in his field. The office staff is terrific and prompt in relaying messages and getting back to me if necessary. This man is a gem!
Dr. Minerva diagnosed my rare condition within the first 10 minutes of my visit with him. He patiently explained all aspects of this diagnosis and used words that I could understand. I would highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Dr. Mimerva to patients with arthritis.
I am a new patient and was pleasant surprised at his thorough review of my history and complaints. He really does not rush you out. I thought I was taking too much of his time and he assured me I was not. Now that is a new revoluation in today's world. I actually look for to my next appointment.
I began seeing Dr. Minerva about ten years ago for treatment of osteoarthritis in my knees. He has always been calm, patient and helpful in providing relief for my pain. My mother had been his patient before me. I watched him treat her with considerable care and respect and have had the same experience as she.
as well as being proffessional & knowlegable, dr. minerva never rushes thru an appointment, he will spend as much time as you need with him. he also returns phone calls within a reasonable amount of time & will answer what ever concerns or questions you have, however long it takes.
On the recommendation of my GP I made this appointment w/dr. Minerva. I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment. I arrived 1/2 hour early and sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS! Finally I was moved to the exam room, where I waited another 45 MINUTES!! While I was in the main waiting room, the entire two hours I was waiting I watched a man in an office read a newspaper from cover to cover. Imagine my anger and disgust to find it was THE DOCTOR I was waiting TWO HOURS TO SEE! He spent a total of 7 minutes examining me, ordering all these blood tests. This AFTER telling me "you don't have RA, you're too young" well, I DO have RA, Boucher nodes and all. I was sure to mention this experience to my GP telling her never to recommend this doctor ever again. What a horrible experience! PS he never followed up with me after never seeing me again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
