I went to lumen a year ago for a consultation for a hair transplant and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed there. Since then, during the transplant and after they have been great in every aspect. Would recommend them everytime and continue using their services moving forward.

I highly recommend the Lumen Center and my incredible aesthetician Monique! From the minute you walk in to the office you are greeted by the friendliest staff! I have been coming for laser hair removal and am so happy with my results. Monique puts you at ease and makes the whole process quick and easy. I truly look forward to seeing her every time!

I had a AAAAAMAZING laser hair removal for my legs done at Lumen with Monique! It was my first time ever doing any hair removal treatment, and she talked me through the process before getting started and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. Monique is the sweetest and SHOCKER, it did not hurt! Must be Monique’s gentle touch. I will 100% be returning to her for the rest of my skin needs. Special Shoutout: everyone that works there! I had a dermaplanning service with Monique and it was amazing! I'm officially hooked!! I honestly had never had this service done before and didn't really understand what the hype was so I wanted to try it. .. it's a total GAME CHANGER! Within one week my acne cleared up(I didn't even know that could be an outcome of the service) my roscea was actually the best it's been and my skin looked alive, Dewey and my makeup melted into my skin!!Monique was so gentle and it was actually relaxing, I'll be back again for sure!!

Getting my transplant at the Lumen Center was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations. It's rare to find a business where everyone is guinuily proud to be there....and thats exactly how they operate. What really stood out was the atmosphere...it was comfortable and fun! Everyone was personable and also pretty funny, it never felt stiff or clinical which made a huge difference for me. I was at ease. I would 100% recommend the Lumen Center.

Dr. Kwak and the entire staff are top-notch. I had the LumenTite procedure (lipo and skin tightening for the neckline) 5 months ago and am thrilled with the results. Dr. Kwak is absolutely amazing and the entire staff make you feel extremely cared for. The office in Bryn Mawr is bright, clean, and the staff are consistently engaged. It's just a good energy. You feel a sense of trust from the beginning and their communication and professionalism is impeccable. My jawline looks amazing and I can't thank Dr. Kwak, Gin, Rob, and the rest of the team enough.
