You wait in the waiting room for over an hour whether there is no one in the waiting room or even if it's packed.

On the positive side, the front staff were courteous and efficient. My concern lies with the care I received from the APRN. Minimal discussion of treatment plan, if at all, despite notes that claim it was reviewed with me. Also, despite being aware I'd had bariatric surgery, and despite my reminding her I couldn't take it, she still prescribed Ibuprofen for me. I was given a brace with no instruction on how long to wear it. Of significant note is the fact that their website did not contain the notes from my visit, or contact information for a Patient Advocate. On the positive side, I was given a disk with my X-rays. I would be very hesitant about recommending them to someone else.

In and out!! I had a burn on my arm, I got some medicine and I was on my way.

A very caring and compassionate staff! I took my special needs daughter there on two occasions and both times the staff was very friendly and compassionate. They talked to my daughter so she understood and me as to what they was doing with her. We received excellent care unlike other urgent cares in the area. It was very clean. Both Jeanine and Diane are wonderful! My daughter said with both I wish they could be my pcp doctors. She was one very very sick girl too because another urgent care in the area misdiagnosed her! We will continue to use Med Express for all our needs and tell our friends and family.

I visited this urgent care on a Sunday, and had a great experience. I was there for less than 45 minutes from walking in the door to leaving with a good plan for my health problem. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location was modern and clean. This location was recommended to me, and I would recommend it to others!

Everyone was so kind, helpful, and efficient. They listened to me and took me seriously. I was in and out of there pretty quickly. I will definitely return the next time I need urgent care.

I was dreading going to Urgent Care and being there forever, but they were prompt and kept things moving. I was there for maybe a total of 30 minutes, and my concern was addressed. Polite. Clean.
