UPDATE: Do not recommend! My (premature) 4 month old is very sick, they will not see him today. They told me to go to children’s express after 5 pm (it is 9 am) I will be looking for a new dr. I am new to this practice and hoping things take a turn for the better. Out of the 3 times I have been here 2 of them have been negative due to the older lady with the white hair at the front desk. Last time I was here she argued with me that my 17 year old daughter was not my daughter and I was not her mom ( I am her birth mother). This time she mocked me in front of my kids about asking for a physical form for my daughter. Then slammed the window on my face while I was holding my 3 month old baby. Then she ran to the back and never came back. Besides her, I really like everyone else here and have all 3 of my kids going here but I will not continue to be disrespected by this lady. I hope to stay!

We moved from Ohio and CCP Butler made our transition smooth. We have seen 2 doctors so far and had a great experience with both.

I’ve brought my child here for years, and I used to love the practice. Once it was taken over by UPMC it’s become so commercialized. The staff are not always helpful and make simple things like getting a physical frustrating. I would not recommend unless you like that type of experience.
