The wife has an appointment. No one at the front desk. Plenty of folks walking around the back of the office. I realize that it's lunchtime. Nevertheless you should have someone at the desk to welcome and check on patients. It's the difference between a STAR business and one which is just in business.

This doctor is absolutely horrible. Does not pay any attention to your ailments, does not give any suggestions on how to handle anything other than "give it time". After 2 visits with this doctor and 2 hours spent on the phone trying to get a hold of anyone to schedule another appointment or report that "time" isn't cutting it, I am done with this doctor. I do not understand how some doctors stay in practice. I question education, he has just TERRIBLE bedside manor as well.

Dr Furlong was rather shy at first but once he sees you are determined to do what he prescribes and you are getting good results he opens up. At first it seemed he was not to caring but by the end of my treatment it was easy to see he was as happy as I was at the outcome. All in all it was a pleasant experience with him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have gone to Doctors with a lot worse bed side manner.
