This is actually the second time I've been treated by OIP for two separate injuries. Overall, the complete support staff including the doctors and nurses are very polite, conscientious, caring and very professional. They remain patient to listen to your needs, to explain your current condition and are careful in providing the best of care possible to you. If you happen to find that you are in need of their services, please stay calm and have faith that you will receive the best of care. You won't be disappointed. PS: Doctor H, is really great!!

Very knowledgeable and professional explains things with as much detail as you need and offered a visual description of the injury i had. Made sure to explain the risks to the surgery and also how to lower the risks and return to full recovery. I cant stress enough the importance of listening to the drs when they give you instructions to follow, the instructions are for your benefit and will help your recovery process. I feel the drs really want to make sure you make as close to a full recovery as possible otherwise they would not make any recommendations and simply just do surgeries and send you on your way and they wouldn't care what happens to you. That wasnt the case when i was here, i received strict instructions to follow, and they also made several recommendations to help the process. Again the dr was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done he explained risk, benefits as best as possible and even offered visual aids to what he was going to be needed to do. Do yourselfs a favor and listen to the drs they are drs for a reason and most drs there seem to have a previous knowledge of expertise before working here.

My experience with OIP has been outstanding, from beginning to end. Staff are great. My surgeon, Dr. "H", is amazing. I truly believe if it wasn't for him, I would have permanent disabilities. I greatly appreciate his skill and abilities related to trauma injuries.

Excellent review of my hip surgery, broken wrist and finger. Dr. Hasenboehler allowed xrays of my knee. It was hurting and l was concerned.

Dr. Hasenboehler’s staff came to the Emergency Department to explain my fracture and the surgery needed to repair it. They then came to my in-hospital room to further explain the surgery and when Dr. Hasenboehler would be performing the surgery. In pre-op room Dr. Hasenboehler came to talk with me about the surgery and showed me a photo of what he would be doing. He asked if I had any questions. Dr. Hasenboehler was very kind and caring. The day after surgery, Dr. Hasenboehler came to check on me, my incisions and my well being. Again, he was very kind and caring. At my post surgery appointment at OIP, Dr. Hasenboehler checked my incisions, showed us the X-rays, had me walk holding onto his hands, answered questions my husband had and explained the cause of the different types of pain that was occurring. Dr. Hasenboehler is an excellent surgeon and a kind and caring person.

Have been in Dr's care since injured in a accident August 2022. Absolutely happy with his performance and professionalism every step. Soon ill be able to get back into the work force and I sincerely thank him and all the staff. Hospital should be proud of everyone involved.

Great experience overall, In may I had a bad car accident that cause me to break my femur. Dr hasenboehler is a very great doctor , extremely professional I’d recommend to anyone needing orthopedic help.

It’s been just over a year since I ended up in the emergency room at Bayview Medical Center with multiple fractures up and down my right leg, after an electric scooter malfunctioned on me in Baltimore. A year ago today, I was lying in a hospital bed unable to do much of anything with my right leg. Today, while there’s still some more strengthening and reconditioning to get through, my leg is pretty much back to its pre-accident state. So, I thought it would be a very fitting time on this Thanksgiving Day, to let Dr. Hasenboehler and the entire team how grateful I still am for the incredible care that was given to me through an initial amputation watch, two surgeries that saved my leg, and beyond. Dr. Hasenboehler is not only a clinical genius, but he and the team also had an amazing way of making me feel as comfortable as possible during what was a very painful and scary time, and throughout my recovery journey. And for this, I’ll be forever grateful.
