They are happy to play games! They inform you after they get your copay! No one said you can’t go back in advance while the prep process! People in waiting sharing there disgust! Sitting in waiting room listening to peoples private information being loudly and clearly disgusted like there full names very private information! Staff cold like robots!

Was told the day of my surgery I had to pay at least 40% up front which wasn’t a problem but instead of billing me for the rest they just took it out of my bank account without permission I will never go there again

Evidently they overbooked because they couldn’t even figure out which rooms had patients, let alone which patient was supposed to be next

They were terrible they gave away my brace and ice machine that they had me bring to surgery. They wouldn't let me speak to anyone and rushed me right out the door. They were so bad they sent me a plant the next day. What about my aunt that had to drive 2 extra hours to get me a new brace and ice machine??? Worst surgery center I've been to in my life.

Make them bill you for the deductible, do not pay up front like I did. They collected my insurance deductible at the time of surgery and applied to their account in error - the deductible was due to the surgeon, not Grandview. They have been overpaid for months and did not contact me or send any statements- just sat on the money. In the meantime, my doc is due the deductible. Several months and still not handled. Last I heard it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund.... I should have told them initially that I'll pay the deductible in 4-6 weeks.

I have had 3 surgeries here. The staff is great. The pre-OP and post-OP nurses are incredibly nice and caring. This is a great place to have surgery. You are treated incredibly well and you can see they care for your well being.

Scheduled my surgery in January 2019 to be completed May 1, 2019. Doctor office calls less than 2 days before and says it is canceled. It took them almost 4 months to decide they won't do it. My friend took off work without pay to get me there and back home safely. They even had my paperwork in their hands in January. I find this very unacceptable. Now it is an agonizing 2-3 month wait unti I can have the needed surgery.
