John R Dailey's Online Review Report Card

My experiences with Dr. Dailey, as with his father, have always been exemplary.

He does not listen to patient at all. He's more concerned about recording in patient plan that patient isn't following protocol and admits it but he fails to review that the protocol the patient is following is exactly how he prescribed it. Hes more concerned about protecting himself from liability rather than treating patient. Carefully read the other reviews--you'll see. Go elsewhere.

He is horrible! I had nail fungus he talked me into removing my toenails all 10 at once! I had twins in kindergarten at the time the pain was horrible.

my Mother has been calling for over a month for my grandmother trying to track down Dr. Daily’s assistant. She has left multiple messages without any return call. This is ridiculous and unacceptable! That’s not putting patients first and in my opinion I’d never go here. You’re practice has gotten so big that this is what it has come to? You ignore patients calling that have questions for a surgery they need? I think a formal complaint to the health board is in order and I will make sure I get my point across.

This Dr did unnecessary surgry on my foot in 2007. No a day goes by where I don’t have pain. I walk with a limp now thanks to you Dr Dailey. Every Dr I mentioned his name to had not one good word to say about him.

Dr Dailey is absolutely wonderful - very caring and knowledgeable. I have total confidence in his skills when it comes to (cataract) surgery.

This doctor was indicted and charged for Medicare fraud - 8 months in prison and restitution. As a patient, I've never had a doctor treat me so rudely. He dismissed my level of pain. He would talk about the trips he could afford. If I could rate him less than one star I would.

He is very thorough with his exams, and it is very apparent that he wants the best possible results for his patients - he cares.

Wait time can be quite lengthy - the office is always jam-packed, but that is a good sign. The front desk girls can be quite abrupt and sometimes rude. But, the Dr. Dailey is wonderful - he performed cataract surgery on me and was very thoughtful and considerate - I have a chronic cough and throughout the surgery he kept asking if I was ok, and would stop in between to let me cough if I needed to - he was wonderful. And, the eye that he operated on is perfect.

Worst Pain I have EVER felt, he specifcally told me I was the worst patient he has ever had. which was really reassuring.....not! Still having a few ingrown toe nails per year, obviously his technique did not work. I will go to dr. pete next!
