I was a new patient & a little nervous. The staff & Dr Iyer & his intern were great. Down to earth & very patient specific which was a breath of fresh air when it comes to going to doctor appointments. Highly recommended his office

I had a very frustrating experience with Kidney Care Camp Hill. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on time, but the doctor was not there. Despite this, I was later charged a fee, which makes no sense given that I was present and the provider was unavailable. Afterward, the office tried to reschedule. I asked to speak with the doctor before agreeing to a new appointment, but the doctor never called me. About a week later, I received a call from a receptionist asking why I missed a “rescheduled” appointment that I never agreed to. To make matters worse, I’ve requested an updated itemized receipt and explanation for the current charge multiple times, and they have refused to provide one. The one they did provide makes little sense and doesn't add up to the total charges. I was actually very happy with my doctor, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how this situation has been handled, I will now need to find a new provider. Between the inaccurate billing, lack of communication, and refusal to provide basic documentation, this experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend confirming all details in writing if you plan to use this office.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Kidney Care Center. Everyone was caring and helpful. Meeting with Dr. Iyer was very satisfying. He reviewed and discussed the test results I had brought with me and gave me his initial opinion. He then gave me an order for up-to-date labs and scheduled an appointment to review the results.
