The people were great but the system left Cecile in pain and getting worse while OIT was waiting for an approval of the prescribed treatment. This is not required by our insurance so it must be an internal approval system. The approval and treatment were scheduled for a month later when it could have been done then. There and then. This is the second time this occurred.

I had both my knees replaced by Dr. Hallock & had no problems after. I was hesitant to get them done because I’ve heard other people (not his patients) saying their knees were still giving them problems. He is very personable & caring. Would recommend him to everyone!

In 2014 my wife thought she might need a hip replacement. Another "popular" surgeon told her "No way." After more problems ,we were referred to Hallock by the recently retired Medical director of Pinnacle Health. You can’t go wrong with Dr Hallock. First, he’s very kind, caring, and concerned about his patients. He puts you at ease immediately. Second, he’s extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He’s what every doctor should be or strive to be. I know I’m in good hands and that my upcoming surgery will be successful. I’m not even worried.

Although Dr. Hallock didn’t spend a lot of time with me, he did not leave my room until he knew I was comfortable with the answers to my questions and I was relaxed. Great sense of humor (or at least same sense of humor that I have.)
