Doesn't return calls and doesn't listen

If i could give a big fat zero on here i would. I called and left 2 important messages for bhandarkar regarding my relatives medical condition, yet he never called me back. Also called him on the emergency line, as he was the on call doctor and he refused to call me back. Told the emergency person for me to call the nursing home in the morning. What kind of doctor does this???? My mom has some serious medical conditions and i need to speak with him, not a nurses aide. WOW. Talk about not caring about your patients and neglect.

Their office manager Kate literally causes people seeking help to leave crying. I've had people close to me leave the office with very very negative experiences and to be totally honest I never in my life met someone whose attitude is inept enough to handle what can be considered a low labor, decent paying, kushy office job.This is the manager there, however it doesn't take long to see this individual doesn't have the emotional fortitude to operate as one. Stay away.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BE SEEN BY THIS PRACTICE.This is the 3rd negative experience I have had at Fatigati/Nalin Associates in the 5 years I have been a patient there. (rushed/impatient/degrading culture of the front desk staff)This is by far the worst experience I have had at a Doctors office. I am a quiet reserved individual andI LEFT THIS OFFICE IN TEARS.Front Desk worker named Kate (a fill in) treated me like garbage. I was the first appointment of the day and was there 10 minutes prior to my appointment. I had an insurance and billing issue upon arrival. While making appropriate phone calls to solve the issue, Kate impatiently interrupted me and told me I can not be seen if I don’t have the information. I calmly and respectfully asked if she could give me a minute to straighten out the issue. Kate had not allowed me to finish the phone call I needed to make in order to be seen and shooed me out of the office. She turned her back to me and scurried into the back of the office leaving me alone standing at the window. I needed this appointment for a pre-employment screening. after being rushed and rejected, I had to scramble to figure out another plan.I suggest seeking care elsewhere if you are looking for a good PCP. This is the worst in Pittsburgh by far.

I take care of a 87 year old woman who today received a letter asking her to find a new physician due to 9 “ no shows” of which she didn’t have even one! She was just hospitalized 2 weeks ago he knew it and still didn’t care! What kind of Dr throws a helpless older person out at this stage of her life!? I mean really! As a matter of fact I took her to a appt one day we got there for 1:00pm The receptionists said oh your appt was at 10am! We said really??? Oh we’re sorry, went home to look at out appt card and low and behold it was for 1:00pm! She may have cancelled a couple but only cause she wasn’t feeling well!! This letter they sent her today had her blood pressure in a frenzy and crying something terrible, she’ll find another Dr. but this is the type your dealing with, he doesn’t care about her at all!!! And he won’t care about you!!

Before getting my cancer surgery, I had to get a sign off from my PCP because of an existing heart issue. He was great, took care of the problem, and has very good "bed side manor". My surgery went just as scheduled and all is OK.

Dr Bhandarkar listens to what you are saying and makes eye contact with you. He does not rush you along and out the door. At follow-up visits, he cares how you are progressing.

Excellent physician . He oked my surgery for double mastectomy when there was an issue with paperwork . I had 3 successful surgeries after his approval . I like the Peters location the best .

Very thorough - seeks various tests to find cause - not just treat problem - though he does that too and does not hesitate to say if his treatment doesn't work rapidly he would refer to a specialist..... He's comprehensive; very nice; answers all my questions, etc. I went to him as a brand new patient looking for a family doctor - and I have a lot of health issues .... He takes time before the appointment to review all such issues so he is current with me...... I would recommend him highly.

Always is up to speed on medical condition when he enters the room. Easy to make referrals and then follow up. Very knowledgeable and patient. Very good at explaining both the condition and the treatment.
