Horrible experience with this group. Had no choice to be treated by them, because I was admitted into the hospital. Very dishonest and prescribed a medication that I could not get authorized. Thank God another doctor helped me feel better.
Taylor a keen and the staff are great! Taylor is medical rock star.
great doctor in a sea of not so great doctors .
I am seen primarily by his PA, who is very good, listens, and is very smart. I’ve had interactions with Dr. Ismail, and he also strikes me as being an intelligent, thoughtful physician. I find the office staff to be efficient, and more pleasant on the phone than in-person. I tend to find them needlessly brusque in person— it doesn’t take extra time to be pleasant, and I’ve never seen a smile directed at me there until the nurse gets me for vitals, and sometimes not even then. They are good practitioners, and I do appreciate that they listen and don’t make you feel rushed, but I also wish they’d space their appointments more realistically—my last appointment started 40 minutes late, and that’s pretty normal for the practice. They really are good though, just plan to be there a while. I HATE the office— both the building— not great if you have mobility issues— and the actual office, which is ugly like a DMV office, with super-uncomfortable chairs— again, the care is worth it.
I love this pratice after 20 years of mingraines i am slowly comming out of pain. It is a process but i will never switch wherever the pratice goes i am going out of the country another state i never want to deal with another pratice they have it down to a tee all i ts are cross dotted and super nice in there. I love everyone there. The best place i have ever been and not fake straight shooters and no well none of that to the point. I love them. If u have any nerve issues anything i promise you no regret. Its been the best thing for me
I was looking for a Doctor to treat Fibromyalgia. I am so lucky to have been referred to Dr. Mohammad Ismail by my Chiropractor Dr. John Casses. I showed up with many test results already making getting down to business easier. So right away I was receiving treatments that are recommended among Fibromyalgia Suffers. Plus, I was also given trigger point injections and that turned a corner for me.
Dr. Ismail and Physician Assistant Taylor Keen, are 2 of the best people in medicine I've dealt with to date. The office staff is very busy all the time. That's a good thing. I find the experience at Carlisle Neurocare to overshadow any experience I've had with the Penn State Hershey facility. 🌝
i would not trust my life with this man
I have been seeing Dr. Ismail for some 8 years now for fibro, chronic migraines, and neuropathy etc. I find he is an awsome Doctor. He has always been very patient with me & my family members (including my service dog!) His staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. If I have to call in for something, they always jump right on things. I WOULD TRUST NO OTHER NEUROLOGIST WITH MY HEALTH CONCERNS. I love this office & will always TRUST DR. ISMAIL WITH MY LIFE!!!
Never picks up there phone and have allot of prssure in my head.... says theyll get back to u but never does

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
