Went here for my kid & they were really patient & attentive with him, it made it easier for me even. I would refer this place to anyone, but especially to anyone with a kid. NP, Pat & to my kid nurse THANK YOU! Wanted to add how I saw a comment about racism here & I must wholeheartedly disagree because me & my kid are 100% African American & we were treated great. All other ENT’s were backed up 2 months out but they saw us the very next day

First visit the doctor comes out of nowhere and say to me and my daughter covd- is very high in Africa American people. I was very insulted. We were for a nose check. Horrible phone service takes five to 10 tries to get threw. I personally think they don't want Africa American people has patient. I don't recommend this place to black people. I see why their reviews are only 3 stars

This has got to be the best Dr ever. The staff and their patience is the best I’ve seen in a long time. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Dr Ferraro is one patient person! Everyone is so kind and understanding. Love it

My mother who is 86 had a severe nose bleed and I took her to the ER. They had packed her nose and gave directions to call Dr Ferrari’s office first thing Monday morning (3/23/20). They open at 8 am I called at that time and explained I needed an appt to have this removed. My mother is not a patient of this practice. The person who answered phone said they would not be able to get her in that day which I didn’t think they would. She said she would contact the office. In mean time my mother calls and said her lip and nose seemed swollen and she was afraid of it getting infected. I called in pm had to leave message. No one called nor did they cal on Tuesday. I called again this time got office and they said he’s was M-Th 8-12. I didn’t leave a message on Tuesday but today I get a message from the office stating they weren’t accepting anymore patients to go to hsp. I did that yesterday. It took the a2 mins or less to remove it. I wouldn’t recommend this business. They are not people fri.

Had to reshedule my appointment due to work..they claimed that it was within 24 hrs and they re charging me $100...well I m done with this place...I ll go elsewhere

I am very comfortable at this office and Dr. F is amazing. Very patient and explains every step of what he is doing.

My child visited with horrible daily nose bleeds and chronic breath issues. The doctor looked up his nose with a light and said his nose was just dry and to use SALINE! Salt water dries out the nose.... we were then told that his chronic breath issue was due to a dry throat and he should just drink more water... MORE WATER?! Obviously our PCP felt there was a serious issue or we would not have been referred but in this doctors infinite wisdom we pay to be told to drink water and put salt water up an already dry nose?! I’m APPALLED! This is not the first time we’ve been to this office and not the first time we were met with poor bedside manner and an obscene “diagnosis”. I will be filing a complaint with Pinnacle health.

I had a Septoplasty done. And my surgery went very well. And the doctor even called in my prescriptions the day before so that I could pick them up before the surgery which is really good. And he also gives you his cell phone number so you can get help from him when the office is closed. I would highly recommend.

This office has been great the times I have visited. I have visited for ear cleanings and hearing tests. The staff was very knowledgeable and it is much better getting your ear cleaned here than at a family practice!

I have been going to this office for years now for my ear cleaning and have recently started getting Allergy shots on a weekly basis . This is a great office with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have convenient appointments with me with call reminders which I can appreciate! I also like for my allergy shots that they are walk ins as early as 7:45 am which helps me not miss a lot of time at work! I would recommend this office!
