Ashley who is a sonnagram technician was marvelous. She is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.! Once I waited almost an hour, I admit it was worth having her. Thank you very much.

Waited for hrs they dnt care about yr health only care about the money people got called back ahead of me but I was thre first. I went to urgent care a week ago and got xrays and the hospital called me a liar. They told me never to go back thre again either

It's just a few things that they could change to make people more comfortable...

Terrible. Save yourself the aggravation, and go elsewhere.

I was afraid to visit the ER after reading some of the reviews left online; however, I could not have had a more kind, patient, and caring set of doctors and nurses who made me feel like I was in the right place to be taken care of.

So I Personally would like to say thank you to Alyssa and Staff members that helped me out with a broken tail bone. Chambersburg Hospital was no help honestly id much rather go to a place where they are wanting to help someone with an issue because with a broken tail bone theirs no way to get comfortable. However i left the hospital feeling good and that means i can get back to Maintenance work!!

The nursing staff and hospice care are excellent. They went well beyond what was expected to ensure that my entire family was well informed. My mother, who was placed under hospice care, was treated with respect and dignity during end-of-life comfort measures. The entire staff was a blessing during such a vulnerable and difficult time for me and my family.

My husband was recently hospitalized unexpectedly over a holiday weekend. Despite the ER being quite hectic, he received prompt and attentive care from the ER staff, imaging, and ER Observation unit. We arrived at 1345 on a Friday and by 1645 had a diagnosis and plan. By 1745 he was in an overnight observation room. Everything was explained in plain language and his treatment plan was made clear and updated accordingly as his condition improved. He was discharged shortly after 1000 the next morning. I thought the patient flow process in the ER was interesting (different stations for check-in, vitals, triage, then registration; inital ER room then back out to waiting room pending test results) but I think that's what kept the patient flow moving. I know everyone has differing experiences no matter what hospital they choose but I can honestly say we had a great experience, all things considered.

I've been here a few times and had an outpatient procedure done once. They've always treated me with care and respect. Thank you all so much for all that you do. I truly appreciate the staff and the service provided to me!

I, very hesitantly, visited Carlisle Hospital on Wednesday. Hesitantly, because of the reviews, and all I can say is WOW! Don't believe everything you read online. I had the most wonderful experience there, which is saying something because I spent 10 hours in their ED. The entire staff was so welcoming and professional. They made me feel heard and they explained everything in a way that was so easy to comprehend. Dr. Peoples and nurse Stacey (spelling aside) were phenomenal (and Issac wasn't so bad either😉) I can not recommend this hospital more. Even after I was discharged, the staff was beyond helpful with any questions and needs I had. They made a very scary experience, something I can't stop raving about. Kudos to the entire staff.
