Had to wait over 2 hours to be able to piss in a cup for a new job. Nobody knew why the wait was so long after bringing it to their attention 3 times. Will never go back.

This place is a joke. Came for a drug test for a new job and the wait is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, said it was a two hour wait, with four people ahead. There should most definitely be a service for people that are having this done so they aren’t sitting with a bunch of people who are sick waiting to be seen. It should be walk in, walk out. If the job didn’t make me come here, I wouldn’t have! Came having to use the bathroom because of the drug test and was told to use the bathroom and they would give water when the time came. never again. Don’t bother!

Fractured wrist. Should have been transferred to ER. Discharged home with nothing for pain but Advil until being seen at UPMC Ortho. who as much as said the closed reduction should have been done in ER . Was nauseous due to pain so given Zofran. An asst then came into room to place my arm in a splint with a lollipop in her mouth! Really made me even more sick. When I vocalized pain as asst clumsily put my fx'd wrist into the sling replied 'relax,' Finally, I informed Urgent Care I was pt at another practice and they scheduled me to see another UPMC practice! Pretty sure that is a violation of anti-trust law.

We were seen in a reasonable amount of time with no waiting on a holiday when others were closed. Very grateful they were open and able to help with our needs.

Horrible!!!! Do not go here worse experience ever!!!! They are unprofessional, uncaring, incompetent. Made my 4 year old wait longer than whole place because his grandmother didn’t have his insurance card. They should be fired!
