Does not show any care. he wants you in and out after you sit and wait for your appt. The average wait time i've had with him is 40 minutes. Ridiculous. I will never recommend him to anyone.

Everybody was really nice. They seem to really care about their patients. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆s. I definitely recommend this place to everyone searching for a good team of Dr's Nurse Practitioners etc... I went in for an ear cleaning I could barely hear out of my right 👂. They cleaned both of my ears now my hearing is 100%

The last time I was in the office was for a wellness visit in mid January and I saw Nurse Caitlin who is wonderful. She wanted a second opinion on my ear and called in Dr. Frank. He stepped in the room and was ready to touch my head when I asked if he could please use hand sanitizer or wash his hands first since he had to touch the door to enter the room. He had the audacity to call me a GERMOPHOBE even though it was cold/flu season and several people in the waiting room were wearing masks (pre-COVID)! He quibbled again before getting a squirt of hand sanitizer. He is not the first doctor/provider at this practice that I've had to ask to clean their hands which is appalling.

I'd give 4 stars for Dr Civatarese if that was an option. However, the staff is the issue here. Just the manner in which they answer the phone if off-putting....as though they are being bothered to take your call. In addition, the lack of follow-up to requests etc. are abysmal. After several years I could not take it any longer, no matter how much I like Dr C. Finally switched and the better for it.

This office is outstanding. I had to change PCPs this year and at 68 years old I was a little nervous. From the greet through the visit with the Dr till I leave, I’ve yet to have anything but a great experience. The phone follow up is perfect and my visit with either Dr is comfortable, thorough and never rushed. I don’t understand some of the bad reviews but relationships need both parties to be patient and understanding. Thanks Team Civitarese

Takes them atleast a week to see you most of the time and most of the ladies are ignorant and just want to get you out as quick as possible. You’ll be sitting in the waiting room longer than your with the doctor. I won’t say names but there are 2 nurses my family and I refuse to see because they don’t know how to do their job

I have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Frank Civitarese saw me one day for a problem I was having with the muscles in my leg. He was on the phone with a specialist immediately, and I was seen the next day by the specialist. Long story short, it led to three major surgeries for tethered spinal cord in several areas of my spine. He and Dr. Louis Civitarese are wonderful. They care about their patients. I go to see them because I trust them.

I can’t stand office staff. They are extremely rude. I was tolerating them because I love the doctors. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment. The lady was constantly asking me to repeat my answers. I asked her if she was having a hard time to hear me and her response was” I can hear you, I can’t understand you” (Very rudely) She made me feel horrible. I was so upset. She didn’t even care. I had to hang up the phone. I am not going back there. I have been living in this country more than 15 years and nobody made me feel this way beside this lady I was talking to. Thank you for making me feel “foreign”

purposely scheduled a late afternoon appointment with their receptionist to avoid the waiting room rush.. showed up 10+ mins prior to my wellness visit appointment time, got called back to a private room after only a few minutes, only to sit on the exam table and wait an hour and 15 mins before I finally decided to just walk straight out of the place - a absolute complete waste of an afternoon for me. if you value your time and want a doctor and practice to be respectful of it, you may not want to use their services here. **** many negative reviews posted here, so beware.

Outstanding in every way. Been going to this office for 6 yrs always great. Love both Frank and his brother Louis. . . I lost my regular doctor of many years and didn't expect to be equally impressed.
