I have been going to Dr. Civtarese and his brother, Louis (and his father before them) since I was in my early 20s; I'm now in my mid-sixties. Frank (and Lewis) is one of the few people I trust. He is straight-forward, honest, compassionate, and hands-on. He spends time to speak with me, he knows my history, and he sees me not a client, but as another human being. Both Drs. Civtarese cared for my mother, saving her life on a few occasions and doing what they could to ensure she maintained the best quality of life and dignity, even during her last few days. In a world that's all process, abstraction, and customer surveys, Dr. Frank is a beacon for what a family physician should be and is.

SOOO RUDE!! Dr civitarese was extemeley unprofessional to me! I have had a cough for 3 weeks and he told me it was all in my head!! unbelievable!! I will never come back to this practice!!!

A good relationship with this practice for over 30 years; prefer the Dr. over PA or Nurse Practitioner.

Tired of waiting 1 or more hours w scheduled appt . They over book and send in a Nurse Practioner , not a Doctor when I was suffering severely with Shingles and Shingle pain . Not helpful with medication to control pain . I switched PCPs . Wish I had done it sooner .

I've been going to this practice for years & they have my trust. Very friendly & knowledgeable. I like the fact that they invest in the latest technology! I would recommend them for anyone looking for a PCP.

Waited over an hour for my apt! Then nurse complained about other patients while she was taking my vitals. Horrible bedside manner and clinic.

all i can say is that i hope someday he or his brother or their family is treated the way they treat people...it is all about the ego ..you have to deal with the ego...not the problems at hand..and good grief if you question them..they need alot of help in understanding the word doctor and truly what it means...it is just not about money and their time..this is the profession they chose...too much ego..not enough of caring,understanding and true compassion...this is a true business in the world of today...too bad..thought they would be better at their jobs

My mother was in the last few days of her life(dying of cancer) and receiving Hospice care. When the Hospice nurse called to have my mother's pain medicine refilled she was told by Dr. Civitarese that the dosage was incorrect even though that was the dosage she had been receiving. He refused to refill her prescription which delayed her receiving the vital pain medication she needed in the final days of her life. I would never recommend this doctor.

Dr. Civitarese is very thorough and takes the time to make sure you are ok. I feel they are very proactive in their practice and have complete confidence in them.
