I recently got surgery from Dr. Shapiro. Not only is he a great surgeon, he and the people in his office are very kind people. I didn’t expect them to remember my name, or what I was there for, yet they did every time I walked in the office. Such wonderful people who really helped me feel comfortable there and feel secure in my decision. My surgery went very well and I felt well prepared for it too. Dr. Shapiro is a great choice as both a doctor and surgeon. Thanks for everything!

Dr Shapiro is amazing! He does all of my Botox, fillers, and co2 laser treatments! Very kind and professional. I’ve been a patient since 2015! I’ve been to other injectors in the past and Dr Shapiro is hands down the BEST! Very knowledgeable and patient too.

Dr. Shapiro is great. I got a facelift and eye lift 3 years ago that I’m thrilled with. I also have gotten lip filler and Botox for the first time last week and I love it. I’ll be getting my lower eyes done soon. Not only is Dr. Shapiroa wonderful caring surgeon he is also very kind and listens. Also he’s prices are so reasonable for what your getting. Highly recommend

If I could give a zero I would! I was a loyal patient for the past several years for ear cleanings. I would wait usually over an hour for him to come in and in two minutes he would claim he had cleaned my ears much more fast than a regular ear dr but still I trusted him. Well this last time I happened to see my regular physician a week after a cleaning with this guy and she looks and tells me your ears are full! Based on my experience I do not think this guy is trustworthy! He is lazy and clearly isn't doing a thorough job. I called the office told his receptionist what happened and she pretended she would get back to me and never did. Now I have found an honest ear doctor but please be warned !!!!

Dr. Shapiro is kind, skilled, and patient. He explained all my questions to me thoroughly and immensely helped my TMJ. I’ve been looking for relief for TMJ for years. I truly appreciate him!

I'm an underweight 70-year-old professional who is still working part-time. I developed a wattle under my chin (genetic), which makes me look older than the rest of me. Dr. Shapiro did lipo on the wattle and then gave me a neck lift. I am very pleased with the results. He is very professional and competent. I chose him because he has tons of experience working from the neck up.

Dr Shapiro has a great bedside manner. He is kind and gentle, and has a polite and pleasant front office staff. He not only is my ENT, he is a skilled cosmetic surgeon. I trusted him to perform rhinoplasty on my 18-year old daughter, and I frequently make Botox appointments with him. I go to his Center City office, but I’ve been to his suburban office as well. It’s clean and tidy, it’s just an unusual entrance and no big deal.

I had a lower facelift with Dr. Shapiro and found him to be extremely well skilled and compassionate. He is very mindful of the details and his personality makes you feel very comfortable. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use him again for future procedures. I've gotten many compliments and have already recommended him to my friends.
